They are very under staffed especially in the copy and prints department. This makes it so their customer service is terrible, im dissatisfied. also the employee told me se would call me when my prints were done and didn't. I had to call 3 hours later to check on my order.

Went there to buy an office chair. This is the 2nd chair I bought here in about 3 years. Both times the chair I want was not in stock. The first time, years ago, they sold me the floor model and discounted it. This time they refused to discount it. I needed the chair by tomorrow, so I took the chair. I don't like their customer service. They were cold and unfriendly.

Staples is a Great place for any needed office supplies

Out of all places in shopping for Pens. Staples kills it with pen selection! It's hard to find pens that are .5 mms and smaller. And this place has them! The hard to find G2 and the Pentel TXR pens! They now have the new cool business plus pens. And they have a huge notepad for you to try them! Super smooth, anti smear pens will be the next ones on my list. And you proceed to check out. They have the Mini G2s! They are awesome! And you can buy them in singles! They also have this staples program where it saves the receipt under your number. And ya don't waste paper! Store is nice and clean. Easy check out line. Plenty of parking and very visible from the street. Definitely one of my stop shop for office supplies. I think they beat Walmart because of the selection. Walmart gets dried out pens. While Staples have fresh pens! They have everything you need to set up an office! Thanks Staples!

Usually not busy really. Customer service is meh. No one really helps you unless you look like your stealing something that's when they'll ask you if you need something.

Waited an hour to drop off a box at UPS. under staffed.

Yadira, is the perfect model employee, In the printing department. As she was leaving for a break I assume, she had her purse with her, no one else was attending me and she stopped to help me and said no problem, it s my pleasure . Thanks for hiring a diligent, happy to serve employee. I will back and ask for her only!

Counter staff helpful with questions about my purchases, and did not rush me. Very professional and friendly.

I started going to this Staples because the one in Vista has horrible customer service. This one was very helpful the first time I came in for print services. It was easy and fast no issues. Today when I came in to have some files printed, I was told if I wanted them to do them while I was in the store I would have to pay a rush fee. I asked to speak to the manager who gave me the option to print them myself using the self service area. Ok great I'd be happy to do it myself. They loaded it with cardstock but didn't bother telling me that I had to make a different selection on the printer for it to actually print on the cardstock. So I was charged for a color print on plain copy paper (which I didn't want). Once the setting was adjusted the printer still wouldn't print on the cardstock...long story short I left without the prints I needed, wasted 20 min at the store with my impatient toddler and another 25 min driving to the store. Terrible service...i wish so bad there were more office max here.

I rate this company a one star simply because. I walked in to have a couple of emails printed out and was told it was going to take at least 2 hours.
I'm literally talking about 5 sheets of paper. Ridiculous on my way to Office Depot.

I've decided not to buy a printer because I absolutely love the service and prices that all the employees have given me. I cannot Express how much I appreciate the value of staples business center and how they have lifted my burdens from design and help in general. I wanted to personally say thank you Staples Oceanside! I believe the manager is personally responsible for good atmosphere and helpful employees. Big shout out to the big guy!

It's a regular Staples. Nice people. Nice selection of products. Some good prices, some high prices.

This location has the most helpful and polite employees I have seen in years, they where able too help me get the exact item I was looking for which was a chair. The employee that was most welcoming and helpful was, Jamal.

Alvin the supervisor was extremely rude!
One of the Staple stores had messed up by giving me a Hard Disk of Laptop instead of PC (which i had originally picked up for purchase) by agent/human error. Despite the inconvenience it was understandable to me and it happens to the best of us as employees. I was directed to Staples in Vista Way since for an exchange, as i couldn't drive back to the original store. However, despite them acknowledging Staples error, the supervisor refused to honor the price and was not helpful, on the contrary, he was rude. I needed the product that day, but their unprofessional treatment cost me money and time. Utterly disappointed.

A lady named Nickie in the Copy and Print department helped me immensely! I was very impressed by the customer service, as well as, the quality of the printed products. Thank you!

They went go of their way to match prices. $39.99 to $11.09 and 49.99 to 24.97 Too cool.. Good job!

This Store is wonderful. Trisha and Angel in the print shop are amazing! They always help me out and basically read my mind. Work is always done on time and quality is high. I always try to give them 48 hour turn around time and usually the work is completed early. So happy to have them right down the street. Thank you!

Said they sell desks. Upon entering the store I am told no this location doesnt. Even tho I called and they said they did? But they didnt menchine I have to order it to the store. So no. They dont sell desks.

Caitlyn & Bart took care of my scanning and printing even though the self-serve machines were unusable. They were both patient and professional.

For an office supplies store, it was a quiet day for a Sunday. Easy to get what you need like printer ink cartridges and other goodies.
