They came to my location and all I had to do was let them in the garage, then I could go about my business while they worked. Made my life very easy!

Being able to have your glass changed out at home is just awesome. The tech was super professional and did a great job. Even with 90 degree temps outside. It was so hot I gave him water. If any suggestion id say give these guys a popup tent so they can be shielded from the temps.

John went above and beyond for us. We are from Pennsylvania and had a better than 5 drive left when we caught a big chunk of ice and it broke the windshield. Finally got thru to john after trying many shops and he found a way to get the correct windshield and get it installed so we could get home. Not many people left with an I can attitude but John does. My kids thank you kind sir.

I had to have a windshield replaced due to a rock chip and was connected to this shop via my insurance. I had the technician Papasiro call and come to my house to do it, but it was raining. We agreed to postpone to the next day. About 3 hours before coming, he called about the radar and more rain coming in.. so I met him at the office for him to do it. He was very professional, communication was supurb, and he did the work quickly and we'll. Wo
uld recommend this shop, and especially if you ask for the technician Papasiro.

The people that work at this location are very kind and courtesy with us I would highly recommend this location.

Brought my Mazda in to replace my windshield today and was extremely pleased with the entire process. The claim was all set through my insurance and John and the team ordered the OEM part that I requested. Mike installed the new windshield and did an excellent job - the fit and finish was perfect and everything was set up exactly how I had it. He was very polite, helpful, and professional. All of my questions were answered and the whole process was done in a time-efficient manner. There wasn't even any paperwork to hassle with. Overall I am very pleased and highly recommend Safelite in North Andover!

I filed a claim with my insurance company on friday afternoon (huge crack across windshield), and they got me an appointment first thing Saturday morning with the North Andover Giant Glass.
An extremely nice man from Giant Glass called me and told me that I could bring my car in any time that morning and he would take care of it. I dropped my car off at 10:30 am and came back at noon to everything taken care of and my car parked back out front.
They were very clean in my car, and even put new 3M tape on the things that had been on my old windshield - dash cam, wiring clips, EZ-pass.
I am extremely happy with the service I received and I would recommend them to anyone with autoglass problems!

Both times I came in a had an appointment through safelight. I was treated with the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Both times my girlfriend left crying. There is no communication between cooperate and this shop instead you have to call cooperate yourself and middleman everything. They send you confirmation emails but when you show up there is no appointment or they "tried to call you yesterday" when my appointment was confirmed for over a week. Terrible shop terrible expriences. Completely unprofessional. I wouldn't use this company again if they gave me everything for free

Well because the guy got done with a job the next day it rained my whole passenger side flooded out my door was all messed trim gasket around door was off supposed to come out Saturday and fix Give me timer 8 to 12 to fix it when I should be first in line sincerely Tom

Pretty straight forward experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Really appreciate text message updates and ability to change appointment via website. Wireless receipt is nice too. Worked directly with my insurance (Progressive).

I was a bit apprehensive to have someone come to fix my windshield at home because I have always gone to a shop with any repair needs but with Covid going on I figured I would try it. I was scheduled through my insurance for Safelite to come to my home between 12-5. My technician came at 12:15 and took under an hour to fix my windshield, cleaned my dashboard too! He was extremely friendly and timely. Customer service was fantastic. This is the first time I have ever had to replace a windshield, hopefully the quality over time is as good as the service. Very impressed with how simple this transaction was.

They are great. Look my info 3 days before the work was to be done. So all I needed to do was drop off my truck. New glass only took 2 hours. Staff where friendly and helpful.

Came to my house and replaced my windshield in my driveway - my involvement? Handed the technician my car keys and listened when he informed me about after-care! All done under an hour!

This place closed about 3 months ago, and still says on google maps that it is in buisness.

I originally attempted to book the service at my lodging location but due to the weather, the scheduling clerk suggested I bring my vehicle to their office. Service was quick....in and out in an hour. Check in was easy--the clerk was polite and professional. The technician, Pedro, that performed the repair was also polite and professional. I would have rated this establishment 5 stars if the gentleman wasn't so rude when I asked how much longer the repair would take. The question wasn't intended to be a complaint but rather an inquiry to determine if I should pick my vehicle up later in the day since I was coming off a long hospital shift and exhausted. Extending politeness requires little effort.

My windshield was 16 years old and very hazy. I called Safelite to schedule a replacement appointment. The gentleman that I spoke with was from a southern tier state and had no idea how to pronounce 'Methuen'. We had quite a good laugh going on about Massachusetts town names. This experience was so enjoyable.
The day of the appointment was equally good. Robert showed up on time and did a phenomenal job putting all the parts back together. I have a Saab. There are sensors that sit low on the glass. I was nervous that there'd be a problem...nope! Everything works well. My windows were clear as, well...glass. The interior was vacuumed.
The bonus was this: Robert was listening to 'Monster Magnet' as he worked. This got us talking about heavy metal music. We shared great memories of bands we've seen and bands we love.
This was the best business interaction I've had in a long time! Hopefully, we'll cross paths at the Worcester Palladium

Excellent job, the mobile installer was on time and he did NOT rush the job, answered all my questions and stuck around to help reinstall the hood I removed so he could work easier...

Finally found a glass place I can trust and rely on!!

Needed my car vent glass repaired ASAP as I needed to get an inspection. My car is a 2003 and it was hard to find anywhere that could get the glass I needed. Eventually I got a quote for 420$ on Safelite's website and made an appointment (desperate to just get this car on the road).

The manager, John, called me the next day and said he could get the glass shipped to them but that the price is high and there would be a delay in my appointment, so he recommended I contact local salvage yards for the part and he would hold my appointment. Ended up getting glass that would fit for 30$ and he moved my appointment to an earlier date and had the glass put in for only $100! It was completed fast enough that I was able to go and get an inspection immediately after and still be back home before the nor'easter that's happening today is at its worst.
