Another non company posting fake jobs. We need the government to deal with companies like this.

I've had a bad experience with Alta IT, and hope the recruiting staff could be more responsible and improve their communication with their client.

Contacted about contract job; pay was fair and agent at ALTA seemed understanding (at first). It is a technical field that required the Alta rep to understand technical lingo and processes, which they did not, but given the nature of my profession, was excusable. When the phone calls and emailed responses trailed off I assumed they were no longer interested. Then a week later I was contacted by a different rep, regurgitating the same request without elaborating what details I needed to supply. I politely asked to elaborate and was left with the same line with no answer and a hasty good bye. I have never had interactions so automated and unprofessional all at once.
*So I did a little more research to see if maybe they reached out to me on an off day... nope pretty much reviews from two other sources confirm; an impersonal, unprofessional interactions; rampant "ghosting," lack of communication that cost people their temp to hire jobs. Normally I just let this sort of thing go but I felt obliged to leave that one star on google. So avoid ALTA and remember there are other alternatives.

Scheduled and rescheduled a call 3 separate times without any contact.

Why is it so difficult to update candidates on whether or not the client is able to work around our schedule for an interview etc...

Anyways, the lack of professionalism needs more work.

Atla-IT Services helped me find a great position. The management and staff were willing to work with me when I was not willing to leave the large company I was with (GDIT). I thought going to a temp to hire was a step backwards, but the pay and benefits were better than anything GDIT offered me in all the years I worked for them.

The work was fulfilling and was a temp to hire position. Once hired onto I found my pay and benefits were significantly better than anything GDIT offered and even more competitive than Alta-IT. I would highly recommend this company to any self starters that look to accelerate their career.

Are these people real? I keep getting emails from them and when I respond, I get nothing...Very unprofessional.
