Check I recieved from them bounced. I was charged a return check fee that they will do nothing about.

I had the pleasure of working with Strategic Claims Services. I was angered when reading these reviews because my experience was quite different. Pin helped me when I was struggling with a bounced check, thank you!

I heard from another company Paul the owner is quite knowledgeable. His 25 + years of experience, incredibly hard working staff and dedication to help customers was great.

This company works efficiently for their customers. The offer great customer service! Thank you guys

Nearly impossible to speak to anyone at this company. Does not respond to voicemails or emails.
Update: This company owes me a settlement check from the Walmart PA class action settlement. They have not sent the check to my address nor made note of my many requests to re-send the check to my current address. They have not made any attempt to verify my address. I first began leaving them voicemails to update my address in 2007 when I first heard of this lawsuit.
Hopefully they will end up owing a class action settlement themselves regarding this and the company that sends out those checks is a bit more ethical and competent.

Not worth the headache. If you are looking for a Professional company that has the best interest of their customers keep looking this is not it. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Paul Mulholland is one of the best CPA s that I have worked with. He was tremendous handling my case. Extremely knowledgeable in litigation, Paul and SCS demonstrate intelligence, integrity and persistence. Not too mention his cost is GREAT. Thank you Paul. Would give them 6 stars- I m very satisfied. Whoever is giving this company 1 star is a biased opinion and doesn t have an understanding of claims administration. Shame on you. Strategic Claims Services works really hard for their customers.

They dont answer the phone,they dont respond to email,they dont respond to voicemails...useless
