Great place to stop excellent facilities luxurious rooms would recommend it to anyone the dining area was very good and food excellent

Room was clean and well presented, breakfast buffet was exceptional

The hotel is located in a nice quite area. It takes only 10 minutes to get to the beaches. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly.

We have stayed at your hotel several times, and have always enjoyed our stay. The restaurant is excellent, with an inventive menu, very well executed. All the staff attentive and helpful., which keeps us coming back. The only thing I would change, would be the colour of the shower curtain - too dark

Have not stayed in the hotel but the restaurant has amazing food and is well priced. My partner is a chef so she can be very picky but we have always had fantastic meals here.

I had a great experience in this hotel. The location was perfect and I had very comfortable stay.The rooms were large, specious and clean.The ambiance was pleasant and their room service was excellent.The staff was amiable & courteous. We will stay here again while visiting family.

The staff, from the reception desk to the bar and dining areas, were welcoming and courteous. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There was a problem with our air conditioner - we notified reception, went out for a couple of hours and on our return the air conditioner had been fixed and was working well. The car park had more room than some others where we have stayed. Overall, an enjoyable overnight stay.

We stayed at the Mercure from 3/11 to 7/11 for my stepsons wedding at the venue on Sat 5/11. All staff were very obliging & helpful particularly on the day of the wedding. We did eat in the restaurant on several occasions & food quality was excellent.
I would like to nominate two people in particular who went out of their way to assist. Following the accidental removal of a bag of our own dirty laundry, Cindy our housemaid, & Helena the lady in charge went to great lengths (including having a rubbish skip bin searched) & located our missing laundry. The items were all washed & delivered back to our room.
Cindy, thank you for your little notes each day, your "swans" & the pristine way our room was presented daily.
Helena, thank you for locating our missing laundry & returning all cleaned & thanks for the bottle of sparkling.

Always enjoy our stay at Mercure Gold Coast. Rooms are spacious, clean and perfectly positioned away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything.

Beautiful resort. I booked a Spa room , with the first one the room phone and bathroom exhaust wasnt working so next day we were moved to a different room. Breakfast was awesome !! Staff is very helpful. I would definitely recommend it and probably will visit their again on my next visit.

Great stay and good value for money. Especially with kids it s a great place to stay, lots of families and crowded pool. However it didn t bother us :)

Affordable and clean. Super service and for a extra $1( when booking on line) l was very surprised at their big range of breakfast you get. It was awesome.

Very nice hotel, stayed in a room with a lovely overlook of the golf course. The room was clean and well appointed. Had room service for dinner and was delicious. The staff at this facility are extremely welcoming with when a issue came up resolved it straight away. They even came in a buggy and took us and our bags all the way to the car park. Just wished the rooms had walk in showers.

The staff have incredible attention to detail and made us feel welcome in unexpected and lovely ways.

Wonderful stay at mercure resort staff were friendly lovely food must try Elton mess yum over all we had a great time will be definatly coming back .

Booked this last minute on a Friday afternoon, for an overnight stay. Booking process online was completely smooth and the service when we arrive was good. Relatively cheap price too - especially for a Friday night (non-peak though). Their gym is quite spacious with a good number of machines as well. Rooms are a bit dated but still good value.

The restaurant is a winner here. Great food and staff.

+ Good service, especially with bringing out hot hashbrowns
- Aircon in room was hit and miss
- No free movies in room
- Got lost walking around the complex, arguably our fault

It is cheap, styling is ok, staff are nice and friendly and helpful. So overall great value.

Room was nice and large, shower/bath was smallish compared to other places we've stayed. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel especially for those who rent a car to travel in that area. Relatively reasonable priced hotel in the region with lovely room and friendly staffs. Will stay here again when travelling to Gold Coast.

For those coming here, should consider tipping a bit for baggage service, as your room might been on the third floor with stairs access only.

Run of houses. Some rooms may require access via stairs or walk. Ask for ground level room if you don't like the stairs or top floor of you want a view.

Very comfortable and clean rooms, breakfasts are superb with lots of fresh pastries and fruit including chocolate coated and filled donuts. All the hot options you can think of and a self serve coffee machine with a tasty brew of coffee. Room overlooking golf course has been kept up to date, furnishings wise, I can see a bit of tiredness setting in to bathrooms (grouting around bath), however tiles and granite features are in good shape, so no real need to rip them out. My only advice- perhaps make shower screen glass another 10cm wider, to prevent water spraying onto floors. Great spot, and we'll return for sure.

Seminar facilities were great. Food during the seminar was very moreish. Staff service made me want to come back and visit next time I'm at the Gold Coast.

Super friendly, helpful, happy staff. Very impressed by the service. The rooms a little old, but very clean and serviced very nicely. Pool could do with some more loungers! Lovely pool and spa pool used daily! Dining good, room service food is really quick. Easy free parking.

Service is brilliant.food is amazing. Room cleanliness needs some work. Some mould in bathroom and extraction fan needs cleaning. Air con needs a clean.

All of the STAFF were extremely helpful, courteous, caring, kind, efficient and considerate! THEY made the experience.
The room was clean and comfortable. Internet connection consistent and high speed.
We had a loaded car and the Lack of lift to take things to and from the room was a major put off.
The Breakfast was 2 star (being kind) the scrambled eggs watery and glug, the bacon overcooked and dried, Hash browns Good, Sausages good, Pastries very nice, the rest ok except the coffee in the restaurant was worse than McDonald's (the coffee from the bar was ok).
Children running around in the bar/ licensed are diminished the ability to have a relaxing drink.
The noisy people on the grounds at 2 am disrupted sleep.
Mobile phone coverage with Optus had dead spots in various parts of resort No issues with Telstra.

Very comfatable bed shower was briliant would have neen better if it was just a shower instead of shower over bath
Evening meal was not that good for the price but breakfast was aesome cffe bought from bar was terrible miles too hot and tasted burnt but overall enjoyed our stay

Over night stay prior to family gathering for my aunts 88th birthday. Check in helpfully, room good, breakfast crowded but staff excellent. Hotels away from beaches but great value, parking and plenty of places to walk

Absolutely beautiful, your room is easy to find and is exquisite. I stayed in an 'out of way' room which wasn't too far to get to and overlooked the golf course and beautiful pond. Food is amazing and consistent, I love my scrambled eggs and every morning they were perfect.

We spent 2 nights and days here. It was busy, but nicely secluded and quiet at a comfortable price. The rooms were clean, fresh and spacious with a very comfortable king bed. The dining was top shelf and not too expensive. We'll certainly stay again !!

Room wasn't cleaned properly... .rubbish left behind. Otherwise it was OK. Nothing yo make me want to go back

Update: hotel refuse to let you hook up a laptop etc to hdmi on the TV, might seem like a small thing, however movies are available to rent at 17 dollars each. Daylight robbery, and extortion if all you want to do is chill out and watch a movie after a day at work.

Good quiet location. Rooms need some maintenance work. Still comfortable. Bar is priced well.

Very unhelpful when I was booking, acted like I was an annoyance rather than a customer, and did not want to answer questions. Tried to get me off the phone as soon as possible

Absolutely lovely, clean neat rooms, lovely setting.

This hotel was a dream come true for our whole family, everything was fantastic from the ice cold aircon to the high water pressure in the shower. We spent most days in the secluded billabong pool which was perfect for the kids.
The service was top notch, great food and friendly staff made our stay simply amazing. Few small things that let the resort down were the lack of elevator which was redeemed with a smart concierge services and the tv was a bit old and the sound was going. But was the best and most relaxing holiday my family has ever had.

I've been here multiple times now, and loved it every time. The food was a bit pricey for some instances, but well worth the money, although I did go cheap and drive to McDonald's one time Breakfast, I used the buffet, which was absolutely amazing. The staff were lovely, the atmosphere was beautiful and it was a great time for everyone. Honestly the nicest place possible for my parents wedding

Very nice motel, looking a little aged, (fence walls leaning, cracking concrete walls and footpaths. But excellent service.

We arrived very early after flying back from o/s holiday, we were extremely pleased that our room was ready for us , enabling a good rest to refresh.
We were very happy with the overall experience, with 1 or 2 exceptions,
No information in the room eg: compendium.
Breakfast was basic with little or no variety over the 3 days.
I could not fault the housekeeping staff with their attention to detail.

The service was spectacular, from when we arrived until we left, we were greeted with politeness and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
The room was clean, tidy and everything that we expected when we booked.

My sons school's graduation was held here.Staff were helpful and it was a beautiful place.

We all had a great time , staff were always helpful and friendly, especially Lianne the housekeeping staff member. This is our second time here and we will return in the not too distant future.
Highly recommended.

Impressive resort, rooms, and poolside. Friendly staff and accommodating :)

Price was excellent, little disappointed that there wasn't any evidence of a lift to the second floor meaning I had to carry heavy items up stairs with young children after a hard day. I was also told both rooms booked were pool and golf course view. i could see the golf course and river/lake water from the balcony but no view of the pool whatsoever. Car parking underground is very narrow and bathrooms had aging and mould. On the plus the shower heads had the most pressure I've ever experienced and was akin to a massage and the hot water seemed to be endless. Overall very mixed opinions.

What you'd expect from Mercure. Nice pools and rooms albeit dated decor.

Very enjoyable and relaxing (apart from the usual inconvenience of having to share the reception space and breakfast with hoards of impolite tourists). Staff, especially James and his concierge team, were outstanding and make the experience excellent.

Very nice and relaxing hotel, the place is always very clean and well looked after and smells lovely to boost! I use their gym which has most of the equipment and machines I need and it's awesome to workout in!

The room equipment is not very new, the space is spacious, no toothpaste is provided. The razor, the hair dryer is strong, the hair is long enough, the housekeeping is very clean, the bed and the pillow are very good.

The staff were just absolutely incredible. They were attentive, friendly and helpful when needed.

I have stayed here a few times and it was always great (hence why i kept coming back) i stayed the other night but wasnt very impressed. When i got to the room there was finger prints all over the mirror behind the door, there was rubbish on the floor, there was hair in the shower, there was hair in the ice bucket and the window screen in the bathroom was THICK with dust and moths ect. The mould in the bath/shower tiles needs to be addressed ASAP. There was white stuff dripped on the bathroom aswell. As an accor member and a regular i was not impressed. I was so exhausted i just couldn't be bothered to move rooms again (i had just finished a 13hr shift). Unfortunately I dont think I will be returning.

Had a great stay. Check in was a bit slow as there were lots of people checking in and only 2 staff assisting. Other than that everything was great.
