Can be approached from service road on Ambala- Delhi highway ...on left when approaching from Delhi..Showroom of Ford.. parking outside the office in the complex.. restroom available...

Product feature not explained also 2 km test drive is not justfiable sales person does show good quality but defame ither brand a lot i am not satisfied and you want me to putt 10l ac on your product

Okay type dealer , staff is not much aware about customer service they just want to sell their product anyhow, mostly over commitment and then usually fail to accomplish the same.

Don't trust this dealership blindly, Un-experienced staff is working here.

We purchased an ecosport from pearl Ford karnal . We fixed the deal on the basis that they will buy our old Ford fiesta . They told us to pay the whole amount of ecosport and assured us to give us a good resale value and refund it in form of a cheque in exchange scheme . . We have submitted insurance papers and bill of our old car to them . When we approched them for cheque of our old car they have refused . New ecosport was purchased on 23rd December 2016 . Our Ford fiesta is still in their showroom . We are senior citizens and feeling a great mental torture .

I found it a cheapest place in Northern India to purchase Ford cars.
