Mercure Convention Center Ancol - Jakarta Review

Nice, great place. Warm employee and alot of function room that we can use. the food is delicious, the atmosphere and environment are also comfortable, the workers are friendly. the facilities are also quite complete. Definitely like to go here again next time.

The staff was nice the ambiance of the hotel was great, my kids really enjoy staying there

Breakfast is average, because to many people stay at the hotel (high seasons).
And check out processes are in long queuing.
Also, location of mercure ancol in side the jaya ancol, we are subject to pay the entrance fee.

If there is a family event staying as a vacation in the city it's pretty good there's a swimming pool so you can take the kids to play water, the breakfast is pretty bad but it feels a bit lacking

Are here to attend the 150th Batch of LPDP Departure. With its many meeting hall rooms and diverse capacities, the Mercure Convention Center is suitable to serve as a seminar, training and so on. Varied dining and coffee breaks also provide added value. One more, its location near the Ancol beach adds convenience if you want to visit tourist attractions and entertainment around Ancol Beach.

The room was quite spacious but the food was very expensive, the food ordered 2 chicken penyet + 2 tests of sweet heat which had reached 450,000, - suggested that it could have been lowered slightly. Very good service when checking in and checking out. 24 hour taxi ready. Tks

The best hotel, can choose a room view to the beach. Satisfying service and prices.

Best stay around the seashore. I was stay at the Royal suite, 2nd biggest room in here where facing to the seaside. There's a dining room, living room, bedroom and also spacious bathroom too equipped with bathtub and jacuzzi feature too. What I love in this shower room is where you could enjoy the seashore view through huge glass window.

4 star review for this 4-star hotel. I spent my time at superior room, it is quiet spacious, has a big window to see the scenery around ancol such as dufan recreation park, TV, desk with chair, living room chair and table, etc. Cleanliness is quiet good, both toilet and room. They even have a separating door that can be opened if you're planning to meet your friend that book the room next door. I have not taste the breakfast yet, definitely will in the next occasion

Service is getting better ... It's been here twice and will come back again later

The place is luxurious, and vehicle access is very easy

One of the hotels in Ancol that directly faces the sea besides Mermaid, is quite luxurious even though it's an old building. The rooms have been updated complete with a bathtub. Parking is spacious and has a swimming pool with a mini waterpark. Close to ecopark and dufan, you can get free access to Ancol during your stay with a note asking for a sign to the receptionist. Suitable for short holidays with family, outside the hotel there are many places to eat too

I spent 2 nights at Mercure Ancol with my family. Overall experience was great. The room is newly renovated and have tranquil design. Like it a lot!! The ocean view was awesome.

The staffs are super friendly. Special thanks to Joni, Aji, Ratih, Ati, and all the Mercure staffs.. Nice surprise to celebrate my husband's birthday. Price also was affordable.

The improvement that I suggest are the food quality need to be improved, and slightly long waiting for in-room dining. Overall, it was great experience. Will come back to Mercure Ancol for vacation some day.

I only used it once, but it was great because I was spacious.

This hotel has long been established, its location inside Ancol is indeed interesting. For the room and other utilities are still feasible. Be careful of the small single bed. But it can be combined as queen by sliding the mattress. Indeed it has been seen that this is an old hotel but in my opinion it is still clean and still decent.
For the dinner buffet, the choice of satay is okay while in my opinion the other food choices are less attractive. For a standard breakfast, the donuts are delicious because my son really likes it hehehe. Swimming pool facilities are quite satisfying although not too big but enough. And for the pool of children assisted by staff who are very nimble.
And don't forget the gelato is about 35 thousand won 2 scoop. The staff is very friendly, it's a plus for me.

Im fully satisfied with the service of your employees. The employees is super kind and sweet . But not with the building . The room is super nasty and old ,the water is not clear . Definitely not going back if the room is stay like that . I paid the room 1,330,000 is too expensive for room like that . I deserve better room hotel .

10 days being here, could make me feel like home. Their service was so extraordinary. For the hotel manager, Mr. Eben, thank you for your hospitality, his friendly nature makes us like friends, hope could see u again next. Pak Sunarto housekeeping, ready at any time to clean the room, and very polite, Pak dede room service is always on time to deliver food.
Good food, good serve, spacy room.

I stayed there for new years eve with family
The room and foods great
But the hot Water wasn't hot, the toilet was stink and Lil bit dirty
The swimming pool was a mess, too crowded
Lil bit disappointed

A hotel with a good view, if you get a room that is behind the hotel, the view will face the beach of Ancol. The facilities are also good, and the design is attractive

Just ordinary rooms, and very, very bad service. The hotel with the worst service I have ever visited and I hope they can appreciate the costomer.

The old charm still exist - no more sea side hotel in JKT bay.

Below expectation of Mercure class hotel. They just refurbish old hotel building. You will find a cat and literally a cat inside the auditorium hall. The foods are plain. The worst Mercure hotel. Not to forget I lost my customised power bank with "Anti Corruptions" tagline on it during the event I am attend in the hotel.

The location of the hotel are strategies, near from Dufan and Gelanggang Samudera but a little bit far from Pantai Carnaval Ancol

Deket the beach of the lagoon is on the Wara bus, it is just left on the road

We arrived early as I have to attend my son's graduation ceremony. Receptionist staff (Ms Dahlila, if I am not mistaken) put an effort to fulfil our request for smoking room and good view.
All staff, From security, concierge, receptionist, cleaning service, restaurant.. We're very friendly. Location is one of the best point too as within walking distance to eco park

The place is near the Ancol sea and many for weddings and confrencci events etc. there are restaurants too

Recommended to Spend your weekend with family.
Facility was very complete and the room interior was very clean.
Definitely want to comeback again someday!

I stayed at the Mercure convention center and hotel while carrying out the Preparatory Departure of the Ministry of Finance's LPDP scholarship. The place to stay on the 5th floor is very clean. The room is cleaned every day thoroughly without changing the position of personal belongings. Towel complaint services are quickly served by the telephone. Also, when going out of the hotel glasses are left on the dining table. The hotel took the initiative to search. Very well recommended.

I got a room that had a view from the window just a wall. Then the bathroom door was broken, I wanted to break it. Disappointed with the price that can be considered quite expensive :)
