Nice Hotel inside Ancol. Clean modern hotel, with a nice Swimming pool. Good place to stay as you. And go arroumd Ancol for alot of entertaining places to visit then back to this hotel easily for rest.

Ok for an old hotel ... not bad for a short alternative vacation, Ancol beach if the night is cool, ecopark if the morning is cool.

like ... breakfast sip ... swimming pool is there .... kids club is there ... table tennis, billyard oke .... near ancol, etc ... siip deh

Facilities: (+) The hotel is quite "old" but still OK. Child friendly because there is a play groud, the swimming pool is big and it is also available for children + kids sliding.

Parking: (-) because when there is an event, for customers who stay, the parking attendants don't bother looking for parking

Breakfast: (+) lots of menus, taste ... that's really standard

Room: the shower doesn't work.

This hotel is amazing ... With a friendly receptionist, a nice breakfast ... A nice pool and a child right in Ancol Jaya Dream Park recreation.

Favorite time at the Mercure is breakfast. The menu variety is amazing. The staff is alert and friendly. Hopefully the renovations will be completed soon so that the old model rooms will soon be replaced with modern minimalist

Great view of open sea.. service are great, staff are lovely. Nice interior of Front office and lounge, but rooms along with the bathroom looks old, for me it need major upgrade and fix here and there. But overall it's a great hotel and very affordable. Very recomended for a holiday stay.

My kids love to spend weekend here. Attractive swimming pool, good kid's club and many children activity in weekend.
All staff are friendly and attentive to guests.

The hotel is okay, it's in the Ancol area. Get free entry to Ancol for 2 people and 1 car. The room is comfortable the AC is cold. The view is to the beach and to Ancol. Good breakfast, lots of variety for kids too. The swimming pool is quite large. There are also bottles in the pool. Perfect for carrying small children on vacation here. There are also activity kids every day that have different activities. The outdoor activities are Mimo kids club, wind surfing, and sailing.

Yeayy! We can free room upgrades from the usual deluxe, to the grand deluxe balcony; new room that is spacious and comfortable with a beautiful minimalist design. The swimming pool is really fun too. There is an exciting children's play room, complete with trampoline and ball bath toys. The location of the hotel is also strategic. 5 minutes walk to Ecopark Ancol. Behind the hotel is also directly the beach of Carnival and Marina. Places to eat outside the hotel are also many good and close. Anyway, for guests staying at the Mercure, free entry to Ancol for 2 people and 1 vehicle. But use the refund system. So, when you enter we say to the counter if you want to stay at the Mercure. We will give you a receipt then we pay first. The hotel will later give a statement if we correct guests there. Before Ancol exits, we go to the ticket counter again to refund the ticket yesterday. Overall, really recommended to stay at the Mercure.

A hotel that is already quite well known within the Ancol Dreamland area, has been around for quite a long time with a strategic area. The right choice if you want to spend the night at Ancol. The occupancy rate on weekends is very crowded, so if you don't want the crowd, you might be able to reconsider choosing this place. Overall this place is okay.

Allthough there was some miscommunication about the hotel transfer (we didn't see someone from the hotel wait for us at the airport so we ordered a taxi to the hotel by ourselves. We later heard there was someone from the hotel at the airport but he was looking for us at another gate ), I can only give compliments to the hotel and staff. As a service they even arranged our transfer back to the airport and even helped us checking in for our flight. Very very good service
