Behind an old building that seems old-fashioned, the room conditions are very good, the service is also good, you can upgrade a room with a beach view and if you intend to wake up early you can get a sunrise view.
The carpet in the hallway was getting worn and old.
The price of the drink is too expensive, 1 hot chocolate and 1 ice chocolate for 130 thousand with the standard taste of sachetan chocolate drinks.
Very standard breakfast menu with standard taste, charged 200 thousand / person if not included.
The lobby area has lots of ferocious mosquitoes, and if the night is too dark, especially on the chairs near the window facing the pool

The hotel is okay, but every time you enter the Ancol area to go to the hotel you have to pay Rp. 25,000 per person.

Overall, we are satisfied during our time in Mercure convention Ancol.
We stayed on long weekend holiday,and the hotel was full occupied.
Yes, it will look like very busy,but every body has their Accor friendly way to say hello to every guests.
I had a bit unpleasent experience during check in. That queing in priority Le Club the Accor is not that previledge as every body,without Accor Member could be line up on this particular priority desk. If the line could be use by anybody,then simply remove the signed.
After queing for 45 minutes,then we were offered to do check in administrative in the room 1064, Pelangi Suite. Maybe,if the priority desk person could be more active, it won't happened.
My suggestion, only on this particularly area need to improve.

The hotel is quite old. The pool is nice, the rooms facing the sea are pretty good, even though the sea is normal.

It's all very satisfied ... and thanks for the birthday surprise from the hotel ... for my daughter ... it was an amazing experience for her ... going forward ... good luck and it won't be continued lg, if there is a guest who made a surprise ... this is 4x, I stay at Mercure ... next time I recommend it to my friends ... thank you very much ... the success goes forward ....

Woow really fancy. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here at a government workshop. It's comfortable. Nice and modern design. The bedroom is clean and tidy, the bathroom is also very clean. Moreover, the menu is very tasty, of course. Very comfortable and spoiled by other supporting facilities such as swimming pools. It's recommended to stay here.

This is my first time spending nights at Mercure Ancol. My wife and I decided to have a holiday in Ancol and we decided to book a room at Mercure Hotel. We booked a standard room because I believe the standard of the room will still be convenient. I was a little bit surprised when the receptionist told me that it was an old and not-yet-renovated room when I checked in. She gave me the impression that I chose a wrong room and I should upgrade my booking (of course I have to pay for that) if I want to have a more pleasant room. I told her that I'd stick to my plan, curious to see what the room was like at a four-star hotel in the most famous recreational location in the heart of Jakarta. Fortunately, the receptionist decided to upgrade my room without having to pay anything and I ended up having a pleasant stay at Mercure. My holiday was just perfect. I'd like to express my gratitude for the service I got during my stay at Mercure Hotel. Keep up the good work.

The afternoon view saw the sun at the amazing Sunggu hotel balloon for spacious rooms and good service, the swimming pool was also spacious there were also high-quality facilities for the breakfast and also for the children who made special children

The place is ok for you to stay at Ancol, for the family. but you just want to go right when it's crowded, so it seems crowded. The room is spacious for families

scary, dark, silent, the shower tub faucet off. maybe this room hasn't been touched by renovations. the atmosphere near the beach, the location for a break and jogging that makes the mercury comfortable for activities, hopefully after renovation we are given a voucher to stay back for 4 days.

First stay @ this hotel receive by good staff, the receptionist also quick response. At the business center Mr. Rully give good service when i want to print documents. The unconfinient only the breakfast. The food is favourless. After all the service is good. The hotel near from faunaland.

I love 3 stars first. I haven't stayed but already got an experience that can be shared, that is, if you buy a travel agent online, you can't send confirmation of free entry of 2 people and 1 vehicle at the Ancol gate ..

Alhamdulillah, the experience at Mercure was finally fun, starting with checking in I was able to upgrade the FOC room from superior to sweet, for some reason I didn't understand the special words that day, never mind just accepted luck hehehe ..

The rooms are spacious and clean, complete with living room, there is a coffee maker then the fun one has a digital scale ... but the sink is a bit clogged, it seems like the water goes down a bit slowly .. The room faces the beach, it's really good to see the cable train, my son I like it really ..

For a restaurant, it is a little disappointing because the variety and taste of the food is not good, beyond the expectations of this star hotel class, far behind other mercures ..

The cool thing here is that the facilities, such as the swimming pool, are really clean, although it's a bit of a shame that the waterpark is in the process of being repaired so you can't slide around hehehe ... then there is a playground that is clean and quite complete from bathing balls to PS there is ... For parents there is a billyard, you know, and this time the papi didn't boring accompany his child to the playground because there was something for him hahaha .. A good hotel adjacent to other recreational facilities

It's inside the Ancol area so it's close to Ancol beach, there's no need to go in and out of the main gate, breakfast is varied and tasty, the view is good, the swimming pool is steady and there is a pretty slide for the kids.

Online ordering info is not clear ... custumer service makes me disappointed ... intentionally placing in the most stuffy room at the end of the other room which is a lot empty ... because we protested at the room that didn't match the description ... the reason in but even upgrading was placed in the same type of location even though our position was not in accordance with the price we paid ... we checked in June 10, 2019 around 8pm ... after a new complaint was moved to another room ... no more again to mercure ... make kappooookkkkkkk especially the customer service on duty on 10 June 2019

nice place to stay. far from noisy street. If you stay here make sure you ask the hotel staff for guarantee letter to visit ancol. So you don't have to pay again at the main gate, if you go outside show them your guarantee letter.

Since the first arrived at the hotel lobby, the bellman welcomed him kindly. Arriving at the room ... wow ... spacious room and after renovation with twin beds that were also super big. My baby who is still happy is playing and crawling. I have to plan an upcoming holiday and stay at MCC Ancol again.
