I spent 2 nights at Mercure Ancol with my family. Overall experience was great. The room is newly renovated and have tranquil design. Like it a lot!! The ocean view was awesome.

The staffs are super friendly. Special thanks to Joni, Aji, Ratih, Ati, and all the Mercure staffs.. Nice surprise to celebrate my husband's birthday. Price also was affordable.

The improvement that I suggest are the food quality need to be improved, and slightly long waiting for in-room dining. Overall, it was great experience. Will come back to Mercure Ancol for vacation some day.
