Very good serve. Beautiful scene especially in swimming pool

One of my favorite hotel in Jakarta. I had stayed many time there with my family, and we never get bored. The kids are so happy the the pool, the can swim all day long. I also recommend my office to have meetings and annual event here. Yup, We had several time MICE here, the meeting participants always happy to stay here.

complete facilities ... swimming pools, playgrounds, if you make a family, it's a great recommendation, clean, good food, comfortable place.

I want to ask ... the price for a family of 2 adults, a child of 6 years, a child of 3 years and a baby of 8 months 1 night

hotel with a suitable location to bring families on vacation, because it is in one integrated tourist location namely Ancol. the service is quite good, the condition of the room is quite comfortable, the breakfast buffet menu is complete and the taste is okay, one note is the food to order to the room is too high, so it makes it rather reluctant to order

A good place to hold events with a large number of participants because of the spacious ballroom, good food and complete facilities

The hotel is really convenient, thank you LPDP for bringing us there. All of the staff are really nice, also all of foods and beverages in dining hall are realy delicious. I wish I can stay here longer

Old building but the room is new, if live in jakarta and you dont have much time to bring family for beach holiday.. no better place to stay

The Mercure hotel is quite in the area of Ancol Beach, North Jakarta

A family hotel with a pool column that suits the family even the restaurant's food menu really pampers the family, especially the children, like to stay here, apart from a nice and friendly hotel, the surrounding access is also good, there is Dufan Seaword and Ancol beach, of course which is so indulgent

I've been here several times, only this time I got a renovation room, the minus is there is no bath, there is no faucet to take ablution with the shower half the door gets a little wet to the toilet, if the weekday variety the breakfast food is not much

Mercure Convention was previously Hotel Horison. When I was a kid back in the 80s, I used to stay at Hotel Horison. After more than 25 years, I came to this hotel to watch the Jet Ski competition for the 18th Asian Games. I was surprised to see some things never change such as the round sofa right across the elevator, the semi circle restaurant, etc. However it looks that this hotel have lost the beach.Too bad. It would be nice if Mercure can do a full maintanance on the hotel so that this hotel can keep operating till years to come.

Signal operator cannot entering room and wifi is very slow

Location-wise is great, but the quality of the rooms are lower than other Mercure hotels in Jakarta. Breakfast is great, but meh lunch and dinner. Better go elsewhere for those.

The room is quite spacious. It is suitable for families especially during holidays. Close to entertainment facilities in Ancol Dream Park.

this hotel was in ancol area which is if you want to stay here should be pay for ancol gate ticket...
this place was nice with beach view as main view in balcony... you will find other side of jakarta...

I got a beach view from the balcony and it's great. The price from the application is more expensive, so the best thing is just check in and pay in the hotel. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of variant food.

Old room.. rather pricey.. but good access to the beach.. child-food-friendly for breakfast

Very close to the Ancol beach recreation location, Sea World, Dufan, the restaurant serves many favorite menus

Room was good, view was good, rate was good. Food was good.
It's just that when we stayed there was fire (small) incidence. None got hurt but all the guests have to go out and stay almost 2 hours outside before finally got (back) in. Bathroom was old but good except for the flushing that smelled not really good.

Had a good experience at this hotel. Polite staff with many attractions to explore within vicinity. Hotel pool came with 2 adventurous slides which kids will love.

Nice room. Only the AC can't be adjusted. If I raise the temperature to for example 25 degrees, it won't take 2 seconds to go back to 18 degrees. I don't know if it's just my room (130) or all rooms like that.
