Online ordering info is not clear ... custumer service makes me disappointed ... intentionally placing in the most stuffy room at the end of the other room which is a lot empty ... because we protested at the room that didn't match the description ... the reason in but even upgrading was placed in the same type of location even though our position was not in accordance with the price we paid ... we checked in June 10, 2019 around 8pm ... after a new complaint was moved to another room ... no more again to mercure ... make kappooookkkkkkk especially the customer service on duty on 10 June 2019
