Overall, we are satisfied during our time in Mercure convention Ancol.
We stayed on long weekend holiday,and the hotel was full occupied.
Yes, it will look like very busy,but every body has their Accor friendly way to say hello to every guests.
I had a bit unpleasent experience during check in. That queing in priority Le Club the Accor is not that previledge as every body,without Accor Member could be line up on this particular priority desk. If the line could be use by anybody,then simply remove the signed.
After queing for 45 minutes,then we were offered to do check in administrative in the room 1064, Pelangi Suite. Maybe,if the priority desk person could be more active, it won't happened.
My suggestion, only on this particularly area need to improve.
