The room is not that big. I just do not like the bathroom

Good location, close to the sea, very friendly and good food.

Comfortable quiet and clean ... okay service ... Breakfast was ok ... But I didn't have the photo because I was tired.

Going into my 3rd night here, several notes: leakage in the room from the ceiling, dirty marks around the wash basin, and ac temperature seems not working properly, other than that the hotel is generally ok, good location in Nusa Dua, great pool for kids

at mercure bar you can make your own pizza, really an experience you can't forget can make your own pizza, make your own pizza !!

Quite comfortable but a little noisy next door, the sound of doors, the sound of pushing chairs etc.

The property is in Nusa Dua, not for people looking to party or for night life. Honeymooners or family looking for a relaxing time. I had booked a Pool view room but i was not given one, all the other rooms had a balcony and mine was locked, breakfast could have a better egg section. The pool area is amazing. the rooms are compact nothing great.overall a decent property.

The hotel is in Nusa Dua area, near convention center. Place is okay, room more like 3 star hotel than 4. Food is just okay.

Service is ok, location is not far from the BTDC area, there is a shuttle vehicle to the beach and the Bali Nusa Dua area. the breakfast menu is pretty good. Affordable prices and nearby halal food stalls

One of the worst Mercures and Accord group plus hotels I've stayed. Shower and Tap water has a slimey salty taste and texture to it. Aircon is situated right above the single walkway of the door. We experienced a leaking Aircon and for all three days they didn't resolve the issue. Repeated request were made and every morning we were greeted with our very own indoor pool. Pillows had blood stains and towels were poorly washed. Becareful of the dry cleaning service as well. My brand new white shirt which I took out of the wrapper to have them pressed before the wedding event was returned with a burnt mark, on the bright side it was slightly straighter than before. Complaint to the front counter and they said they would get their manager to call me. Unfortunately, due to the manager's terribly busy schedule it's been 5 days and they haven't gotten back to me even after repeated reminders.

The amenities are slightly above average with a great pool and functioning gym with a knowledgeable staff who doubles up as a trainer.

I recommend staying at other accommodations in Bali if you're on a budget like Ibis Styles in Seminyak. If you have to be in Nusa Dua, then I recommend you look at the better villas surrounding Mercure.

P.S. Be prepared to be greeted by a hordes of China tourist who would arrive in large buses, you'll be able to hear them when they arrive. If you're the type that would need a wake up call at 6am from a screaming Chinese Lady who slams on the wrong door and demands you wake up for breakfast even if you're not from the tours or the type that love to hear Chinese male opera and smell choking smoke at night then you've come to the right place.

Away from Beach. Not a great Hotel but a satisfactory one. Premises is huge though.

Hotels in the Nusa Dua area that fit the Government ceiling. The room is spacious, the wifi is okay, the mattress is comfortable, the swimming pool is okay.
But still a bit far from the beach. Then the breakfast menu might need to be more varied and can highlight the taste of Indonesian cuisine.

I love staying at Mercure. Their staffs is so friendly and helpful. When we arrived at our room, the refrigerator is broken. After contacting receptionist, the technician came, checked it and replaced it with the new one. They also helped me make special arrangements at our room to celebrate our anniversary and give us free cake. And their breakfast was delicious for european and indonesian food but so-so for chinese food.
The one that need improvement is their swimming pool. The tiles slit is not full cover by nat so it became sharp at our foot. Some tile are also higher than others, make the surface feels bumpy. My husband even found broken tiles and put it aside so that no one would get hurt.
Overall, I had great experience staying here. Special thanks for receptionist and housekeeping who helped me to make the special arrangements.

The location and landscape of the hotel is good, but in my opinion the rooms are less luxurious for hotels in Nusa Dua

The accomodation is super cozy. The staff is very helpful and nice. The pool is very large compare to other mercure hotel which I have been visited. There is also a shuttle for going to the beach for free.

Network hotel. Big and nicely done gardens. Very safe, many security, private entrance. The staff is well educated, helpful and honest.

The rooms unfortunately need some maintenance. Some small things already broken. And would recommend to do some deep cleaning in the bathroom, especially between the tiles.
But in general I like it.

The hotel location is very strategic in the center of nusa dua. Close to local market and restaurant. The hotel it self is good the room was clean , large pool and helpful front office staff

What I like most about this hotel is because it provides cheap bicycle rentals. The price is only IDR 25,000 / 6 hours. For the breakfast menu, I love the porridge. But other menus are standard. For the service, it's not responsive. Since I ordered an extra bed, I had to repeatedly ask from day to night to be delivered by the bed.

Terrible rooms that smell moldy, booked for 3 people and was given 2 single beds, ask for an extra bed and was told extra charge, place is run down, stay away, do not stay here, plenty of better hotels to stay at.

Hotel with expensive options for dinner or lunch on menu.It has a good swimming pool for children and adults. Rooms are reasonable for the standard. I missed the kids space because I trip with my family and this is essencial, but the Hotel has a space to play with the rabbits (a mini farm). Until 6 pm(hour by hour) is provided transportation to the hotel's private beach in Nusa Dua. Hotel near the Bali Collection Mall, within walking distance. Good restaurants close by Hotel with decent prices on menu. Good breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Big space to walk, and you can rent a bike to explore. Big hotel with resort style and security for families. Best cost benefit in Nusa Dua area.
