Good hotel location, big swimming pool, various breakfast. Has a shuttle service to drop you to private beach.

My husband, 6 month old daughter and I stayed here for 20 days in a junior suite room. The staff at this hotel are great (which is why I gave two stars). They were extremely accommodating for our daughter and even made her baby suitable food from the kitchen, a lot of the time they didn t charge us for it. The staff loved her and would always play with her while we ate.

The hotel itself is very old and it shows. The rooms are very strangely configured with the bathroom flowing into the bedroom causing the light to flow from the bathroom to the bedroom in the middle of the night. The room air con is very moist and made our passports get damaged as the moisture in the air went into the pages. The pictures on the website look great but very disappointing upon arriving.

The pool is very large which is great but the pool has so many loose tiles and a lot of them are glued back on with dodgy glue making the tiles stick up from all the rest.

The housekeeping service was very poor. We only got face towels the first night we were there and they never brought them again. They always forgot our bath towels also, we often had to call reception to ask for them but it would take over 30 mins for them to bring the towels to the room. They also would pile our clothes (unfolded) into a big pile on the chair in the room.

We definitely won t be staying here again. But it s a shame as the staff here are great with children.

Looks quite fancy from the outside but some of the facilities weren't working properly within the room. The faucet knob fell off in my room and my fridge was not cold. But the staff were very friendly. Some of the facilities within the hotel was nice i.e. The pool, the garden, shuttles to the beach.

The food for breakfast was delicious, after all, the taste was good, usually the hotel food was tasteless, it was not clear but mercurial hotels were good, even the welcome drink was always there, and guests could drink whenever they wished ... The view was beautiful, the courtyard even so spacious, the hotel is pretty good ....

The room is comfortable and what I like is the mineral water using glass bottles so that plastic waste is reduced. The staff, especially the kitchen and restaurant, are friendly and very helpful to me when I want to leave my milk bag in my freezer because the fridge in the room is not cold enough.

I think a Little dated older hotel not on the Beach around 10 minute walk to the Nusa Dua beach

We stayed in deluxe room and the facilities were pretty much standard, nothing special. The bed was large and comfortable, but the room is not spacey. What I like about this hotel is the fact that it has a decent jogging track and nice breakfast.

A 4-star hotel located on the motorized road in Nusa Dua ... the hotel is nice and comfortable

Very nice experience. Very supportive staffs. They provide shuttle service to beach and Bali collection. They have dedicated beach area for the guest. Excellent resort hotel for affordable price.

Stayed 2 nights. Location, hotel facilities, good breakfast.
The second night there was a problem with the MCB electricity trip / fall (the room had a blackout) & the room AC became hot (after remembering it turned out that the AC started to have problems on the 1st day). Was visited by engineering staff and AC was beyond repair.
Request to meet the Manager 3 times in the morning, but not responded & informed the Manager is busy. :-(

In the first room the floor was wet, the bed damp and even the mirror tarnished.

Both rooms were dirty!
By the way, the sink is right next to the bed ...

The atmosphere is good ... it's still rather cool compared to the atmosphere of Denpasar.

The space of room is enough and clean, menu and taste of breakfast is great, stuff is friendly. This hotel have private beach, which separated from hotel. Theres shuttle bus if you wanna be there..

This is a fantastic place. Great for relaxing or venturing out. There is a buggy every hour to take you to the private beach free of charge also a bus to take you to Bali Bogans 2hourly which is also free. The rooms are very clean and the breeze along the corridors is much appreciated. Beautiful swimming pool for the kids and also a great one for adults where if required you can sit and have a relaxing drink. Variety of food is magnificent and if you require something special just ask for Adit. He is the restaurant manager and nothing is too much trouble for him. Great asset to Mercure Nusa Dua If you want a taxi to go to Kuta it is only $15.00 do your shopping and looking around then come back to the Mercure and enjoy the peace and quiet.

A bit old hotel. Staff doesn't know English well so it's hard to get any information about local activities. We had some problems with key cards which were not solved that's why we had to use only one working key.

The staff are friendly, the service provided is also good, and the response from employees is also very fast

The front floor of my room was dirty, let alone for days.

The hotel is unsuitable for a good rest, only for spending the night. The rooms are very small, the amenities in the room, there is no place for things at all, there is no soundproofing.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the beach, if the night is dim, the distance from the lobby to the entrance gate is a bit far too, so you have to use a vehicle .. Private beach is a bit far, can't be reached by foot, you have to use a vehicle ...

Ear, I don t even know where to start. In general, we rested at the hotel from January 28 to February 4, 2020. I didn t read reviews about the hotel in advance, I trusted the reviews to the travel agent that the hotel was good, but then, upon arrival to the island, I went in and saw people writing that towels and bedding with brown spots, with holes, the rooms smell damp, poor insulation and For all these comments of people, the hotel very sincerely always apologizes and assures that they will conduct a conversation with all departments and will improve. Here I m wary.
From personal experience: Upon arrival at the registration we were immediately confronted with the fact that we must leave a 1 million deposit. 750 thousand rupees, this is about 130 dollars. The money is not small, and I could not find information on the site or through booking that the hotel will take a deposit upon check-in. Fortunately, this money was, but nevertheless, we counted on it.
We take the keys, go to the room, open the door - the smell of dampness hits right in the nose. We check the linens and towels for traces of stains and find from everywhere, and no, not a single speck, for example, a whole stain on the towel, brown, as if they wiped them with ... pu. (By the way, the towel was only for one person). Of the 8 days, only 2 times when cleaning left towels for two, the rest of the time I had to catch the cleaners and ask for the second)
And by the way the bed was all wet. In general, damp and wet bed were our companions throughout the entire period of stay at the hotel.

And despite the fact that the hotel really knows about all the problems (because they apologize every time), it doesn t strike a finger with a finger to fix them. Of course, to hire a person who would answer automatically that they apologize and fix everything - cheaper than repairing, changing all towels, blackening the air conditioning system. Therefore, I ask the hotel administration not to write your template letters saying that you are very sincerely bringing changes, because it will not return the spoiled time of staying at the hotel, and you still will not fix anything.

Its is very nice hotel with good ambiance.

Room nice except for the strong mold smell (see other reviews). The reception & manage was not helpful on that. Finally we decided to leave 2 days earlier (at our expense "of course")

It is located in the centre of Nusa dua, a bit close to the beach, like 20 min walking distance. There is a mini mart like three minutes away. The food is really good but drinks are a bit overpriced and natural juices are not that "natural", not a good place to get a real and fresh juice. The rooms as advertised on the webside, they are clean, beds are really confy, customer service is amazing as in all Bali. The pool is amazing, clean but not that deep.

they have small.private beach near nusa dua beach bike rent. but the menu for breakfast are similar. and the pool is also beautiful

Everything is very good and extraordinary
There was only one small mistake, but it was very fatal because the towels provided in the room had quite a lot of blood spots that made us a little disturbed. Tq

A bit outdated, some of ceramic floor ruins, smells weird in the entire hall way, dirty dishes and plate in front of every door room, and no one taking care of it, the staff was just walk away like nothing happen, the room was moulds smells. They really need to renovate quickly before they losing their customers.

Amazing hotel, spacious and clean rooms, a surprise for me to give the accord a free upgrade to the family room and that was without being asked because I took a vacation with my front office children directly upgrading to the family room, the service was great, the menu was delicious private beach..recomended for family vacations.

Decent hotel with good infrastructure. Breakfast is good, although fruits and vegetables is not enough. Very small rooms. Beautiful but shallow pool. The staff is top notch. Recommend.
