First Class start to finish. One phone call to schedule the appointment, quick and easy. Was promptly greeted upon arrival.My advisory, Mike Seevey, was Great. He listened to my needs and was polite. My issue is (was) an electrical problem and like many of these issues wouldn't show up for the tech. This happens! Based on Mikes' recommendation, the car was kept overnight. The Issue still would not repeat. When it reappears, I will bring it back.
I had a really great experience here. I was in the market for a new car and to be honest I was looking at BMW s. I actually was planning to negotiate with a BMW dealership but decided to come to WC Mercedes to test drive a car. I have always owned BMW s. To my surprise, I left with a new Mercedes. I have to contribute this to Asim and Thomas. They really took their time in answering all my questions and making me feel 100% comfortable with my purchase. They switched me over to Mercedes! :) If you re ever in the market for a Mercedes I would totally recommend this dealership , Asim and Thomas. The whole experience was really great!
The service was good and the personnel seemed genuinely considerate and helpful. However, I can't give this 5-stars because for some reason they didn't wash the car. I know, it's not critical,,, but it's on the paperwork, "Complimentary car-wash". Had to get to a meeting, so was unable to ask or insist. It just begs the question... Was there something else in the service not done? In the future, perhaps the Service Advisor should physically verify that everything is completed.
Mercedes Benz in Walnut Creek is one of the best dealership. I have had a wonderful experience with them each time I have purchased a car. Awesome service and best customer service. Only draw back that my husband missed their coffee which they don t have anymore because of the pandemic. But other then that I would like to thank Thomas the sales manager. He is one of the best guys to deal with very knowledgeable and very caring. We purchased our first car from him three years ago when he was a sales person. Another thanks to Jerel Shelton wonderful sales person. He understood completely what our needs were and worked on it to get us in the car. Another person I want to say thanks to Aseem the sales person who tried to look for what we needed. But he was off the day when the deal happened. I guess meant to be but he was awesome too just like other people. Keep up the good work and we hope to see you guys soon again for another car.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle pre-covid 19. As you can imagine we were not doing much driving. The car just sat in our garage what felt like until our next service. After the car was brought in for service Mike our service tech informed us we needed new rear brakes. I was taken back knowing the car was hardly driven. I asked Mike if he could look into this matter. Obviously I felt this should had been address prior to me purchasing the car. Mike was able to address this issue, had my brakes and rotors replaced at no extra cost to me. I highly recommend Mike for excellent customer care and service!
Good customer service from Joel the maintenance service supervisor. The only thing is they promised me a day work for two hours and never called me to inform me that they can t finished my car that day but have to be the next day. I have to be calling after the two hours time frame they gave me to know the status of my car which I think they to work on that aspect. Overall customer service is great.
Had a wonderful experience picking out my first Mercedes today at MB of WC. Danny was fantastic and had a car ready to test drive before we even pulled in. We cut straight to the numbers and they worked a great deal. Jason the GM was wonderful in assisting with getting me the GLC 300 that had all the features I needed. My husband and I used the Capital 1 car navigator to look for a Crysler 300. After a long day of looking we ended up an hour drive from home in Walnut Creek, totally worth the drive. We were greeted right away. We show, Kevin our app information and he pulled the car around and had us on the freeway for a test drive in no time. Although we looked at least one other car, he was very patient and explained our options. Kevin was very polite, kind and not pushy at all. He gave us space and time to think through our decision. The entire process was very easy. We did not feel stressed or rushed at. Within the hour, the car was detailed with a full tank and waiting to be driven off the lot. The whole buying process, the service, the salesmen were absolutely great. We definitely return again as well as recommend others.
Kept getting notices through the mail and email about a safety recall. Called to set up an appointment. Brought my car in as scheduled (1:30pm).Waited about an hour and was told they don't have enough time to do the recall. WTH? Why accept the scheduled appointment then. So rescheduled after about a week. Brought my car in again as scheduled, waited for 2 hours, then was told they don't have the part. It's a safety recall you would think they would have everything on hand? Also, why make me wait for 2 hours only to say they don't have a part. So i waited a few months to schedule another appointment as I have to take time off from work. Scheduled for 11:30 am, talked to the Service Advisor and explained that this is the third time around. Asked to make sure they had everything needed and was assured they did. So i brought my car in for the third time, waited about an hour and sure enough, was told they don't have a part needed, really? Service Advisor told me they'll get the part by the next day and will get contacted by him. Next day comes around and no contact. Called Service Advisor several times for any update to no avail. Kept getting answering machine and i left a few messages asking for any update, still waiting....

Leasing our new vehicle at Walnut Creek Mercedes-Benz was easy. The paperwork took some time, but all of the details were already done.
We have a rare car -- an E450 -- so it had to be delivered from out-of-state; that took a week. But the dealership delivered it to our home and gave us a quick tour of the features.
My wife and I set out to purchase a vehicle this past Sunday. We had looked online and found the vehicle we wanted and ended up going to the Mercedes Dealership in Walnut Creek. We walked in looking for someone to help us but everyone seemed busy. We later learned that you had to have an appointment. While waiting a few of the sales representative's who were available passed us by, but we decided to sit down in the lounge area and wait. We were contemplating leaving and going elsewhere to another dealership. However while sitting, sales representative Omar Khan came over, introduced himself to us and invited us to his desk. He made us feel welcomed. We told him what we were looking for, he took his time and showed us our options in purchasing or leasing a new Mercedes Benz. My wife was looking for a Mercedes Benz C-Series sedan but the one she wanted wasn't available. Mr. Khan felt we should look at the Mercedes Benz E-Series because he felt it was more room. He also had the colors my wife wanted. When he drove it around to the front of the dealership, my wife said this is it! We took a test drive, came back to his desk, signed the paperwork and drove it home. In closing, my wife and I would like to thank Mr. Omar Khan for taking the time to help us get the Mercedes my wife wanted. To all the other sales representatives who passed us by, thank you! I would say to them, never judge a book by its cover....
I obtain a pre-approval for a vehicle and informed the sales rep Trey, and they sold the vehicle right under me. They didn t even have the audacity to call me and advise me that they were selling the vehicle, all forms of communication stop Monday night and Tuesday after they sent me a structure of the agreement Monday evening and advised me to obtain a cashiers check. I advised them I needed to pay money to pull money for the deposit and they didn t even care. Worst experience and I honestly believe there s some discrimination involved, but I can t prove that.
This is my 3rd time re-leasing a Mercedes in Walnut Creek, CA and I always have a wonderful experience at this dealership! My husband and I worked with Uri and he made the process quick and easy. I purchased a used car from Bao via internet and it was a disappointing experience. Paid the Sonic Price and had it shipped. Not a new experience for me and I suggest you don t with this dealership. Bao wouldn t help after the sale with ordering a 2nd key. I didn t ask for them to pay and still he wouldn t help. The dealership hasn t followed up or even sent a thank you for my purchase. I have nothing positive to say about my purchase. The car was damaged more than pictures from Bao showed. Even a cut on outside of passenger front tire. I have been purchasing used Mercedes for 25 years and this experience was a disappointment all around. Not a Mercedes dealership experience I would wish on anyone. I have debated on this review and with NO communication this was the last step. **update** November 3 2020 Around September 22nd I received a call from Jason Viscarra GM of Mercedes Benz Walnut Creek. He was extremely pleasant and changed my experience. He took care of two issues and I m grateful for his actions.
The buying experience was smooth. However, the post purchase, customer service was terrible. I was not given any paper work on the warranty or the prepaid service. I wasn't told what kinds of service was covered. Worst, after i bought the car, I called my sales person 3 times regarding some questions about features that were not in the manual and he never responded.
We got our car serviced at WC Benz, we really enjoyed the professionalism and dedications that our service manages Miguel & Mr. Walter Davis both demonstrated. They were very receptive to our concerns and addressed the issues in a very timely fashion. We are very appreciative of their dedications to outstanding customer service

Miguel Vasquez, my service advisor is very knowledgeable. He made it easy to check me in and explained all the necessary service to be done for my GLA 250 4 MATIC, since this is the first maintenance for this vehicle.
I had a recall service done here and they were outstanding. They washed my car! I knew 2 of my tires were needing to be replaced and they mentioned that but didn't push for any additional work. I highly recommend them.
Had to wait for 3 hours after I picked the car and filled my credit information. Leased a E 350 when I brought it home I noticed coffee marks in multiple places, including some scratches on the body. This is probably the 10th car I have leased/bought but the overall experience has probably been in the bottom 2 or 3.
We worked with Jerel in buying a vehicle and he provided excellent service. He sent me photos and a video prior to coming in to see the car. He kept me updated on when the vehicle would be ready for pick up after we purchased it. He even threw a bow on the vehicle for my wife to take some photos. Awesome experience all around.
Leased a 2020 CLA 250 from them and the purchase process was smooth along with vehicle delivery. However, I can't seem to get a reply concerning some of the paperwork and registration. (currently unable to use the car until it's taken care of) thus the 4 stars instead of 5.

I came in for an A service in mid-November. Normally, the service here is quite good. I was received quickly, and my advisor came out to greet me timely. I left my car and was told I could expect my vehicle by the end of the day. I received an automated email later that morning noting that I had a broken transmission mount, so I opted to repair that and declined a few other services that were not needed. Close to the end of day, and I recieve another notice requesting to keep my car until the following day - that it would be ready by 11:00am the next morning. Not ideal, as I need to request my spouse drop me off as we are not close to the dealer and I had to juggle my work meetings around, but I agreed. About 9 am the morning I am to pick up the car, I receive a text stating that the car now NOT be ready until 1:00pm. Argh. Not convenient at all and my spouse had to shift her work schedule to accommodate my need. OK. I go to pick up the car and am there just after 1pm, and the car had not yet been washed (part of the service) so i had to wait an additional 20 minutes or so. It was obvious it had been washed with haste, not completely dried, but I didn't care much as I needed to get back for my work commitments. I drive off and about 2-3 miles from the dealer, my tire inflation warning light goes on for both rear tires - cold inflation is 41 psi, and they were at 31 and 33 PSI!! Not safe!! I drove on the freeway to the nearest exit, and tried to find a service station to fill up both tires. Again, another unnecessary delay and I still had my work commitments to get back for. Bottom line, for the money I paid for the service, my assumption would be that basic safety items (tire inflation) would have been checked more thoroughly - what if something more major had not been checked or adjusted to the proper level? Needless to say, my confidence has been impacted.
I purchased a CPO 2018 GLC from the Walnut Creek dealership on 12/26/2020. While Omar was helpful with the overall sales process and trading in my 2017 GLC, I am completely dissatisfied, to the point of anger, with my decision to purchase this vehicle from them.
The vehicle was sold to me is unsafe, let alone CPO. After having the vehicle for less than 24 hours I noticed that a couple of things were not functioning correctly; Auto Start/Stop and believe it or not, the HORN! How is it possible to sell a high-end, luxury, SUV without a functioning horn?! After reviewing the CPO paperwork provided and seeing that these things were checked off on the form as working, and are clearly non-functioning, it makes me question the integrity of not only the vehicle I now am driving, but also the integrity of the dealership for selling a vehicle that should not have passed the CPO inspection.
As I have lost complete faith in the integrity of the Walnut Creek dealership, and the abilities to properly inspect a vehicle to be safely driven, I have taken the vehicle to Pleasanton for on-going repairs. I have had to take it in twice now, and will now need to take it in for a third. The first appointment on 12/31/20, the GLC was there until 1/6/21 originally for 2 items; auto start/stop and the horn. It was not until I had the loaner beep when rapidly approaching a red light with a stopped vehicle and the collision assist engaged, did I then recall the new GLC not functioning on the forward collision warning. I texted in to have that looked at as well by the service team. The diagnostic for the horn was a missing fuse, however if you put the fuse in the spot and turned it on, the horn sounded constantly. Further diagnostic revealed a bad contact plate in the steering wheel. The plate was replaced and a fuse was provided. The diagnostic on the auto start/stop was a bad Starter battery. It was assumed the collision assist issues were due to the battery as well. Neither the auto start/stop nor the collision warning worked during the tech s road test. The battery has to be ordered and second appointment was made for 1/13/21. The installed battery corrected the auto start/stop but not the collision assist. Now I have to make another appointment for this to be looked at again. To top it off, on the way to the appointment for the battery, I noticed a small chip in the windshield that I ll now have to get replaced.
In looking back, I wish I did not do business at this dealership. Either the service department is incompetent and did not properly do the inspection on the vehicle prior to selling it or the sales team knowingly sold me a vehicle that should have never been advertised until it was safely working. Either way they have put my life and my family s life at risk. This is completely unacceptable.
Finally, I have already lost 3 days of work driving back and forth to the Pleasanton dealership for repair appointments and am questioning my future purchases with the Mercedes-Benz Brand as this is a huge safety risk that was overlooked, let alone what is expected from a CPO Mercedes. I m thankful I didn t need to use the horn to avoid collision in the first few days of owning the vehicle and waiting for an appointment. If I do decide to purchase another Mercedes, I will avoid Walnut Creek and make sure to avoid all Sonic Automotive owned dealerships in the future.
One of the best car buying expereinces at Walnut Creek Dealership. Kevin was just awesome, great follow-thru and check-in with me without any pressure. I had a call from him on online inquiry and discussed what I was looking for and options that were critical. He found the right car, provided options for consideration. I was in/out in less than 2 hours with a new car and Trade-in at a very fair price compared to other dealers I had called.
I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. Each time they treated me special, like all Mercedes owners should be. I live on the Peninsula, but it s worth the drive to Walnut Creek.
I brought the car in for repair. Our command screen kept shutting off or only worked for a few seconds then would shut off. Whenever we bring the car in we deal with Kimo, and once again he was superb in every way! He was very attentive to our situation and kept in constant contact with us about any updates while the car was in repair. We just got the car back but it works wonderfully!

I purchased my car 10/2020. The car had water spots all over and scratches on the hood. I was told by my sales person that all marks and scratches would be removed. I spoke with the GM and the service manager also concerning this issue MB kept my car for a month and returned it to me 1/2021 with coating applied over the scratches on the hood. They did not even attempt to buff them out or communicate with me during this process. Maybe it s my race. I have tried to resolve it but the general manager nor the service manager will not communicate with me to resolve the issue. I have sent multiple emails and called and all I get is ignored and avoided or passed to a sales person. No resolution. Please stay away from this dealership because they turned my purchase in to a nightmare. They also have very poor customer service. Once the sale is done there is no follow up or follow through. Everyday I have reach out to the managers and I get no response. This dealership will also try to keep sending you back to their salesmen if there is an issue and service does not deal with it unless forced. Poor ethics, poor morales, poor customer service and definitely poor leadership. My next recourse is legal action.
From the start it was a great experience! This is my 5th Mercedes with Walnut Creek Mercedes, and the last 3 Kevin was my salesman. Perfectly knowledgeable and helpful. Seems to know my needs and desires before I do. My latest purchase is a dream, and I m sure it won t be my last.
Walnut Creek MBZ provides among the best customer experiences I have encountered. The Service team, led by the stellar Walter Davis, is awesome. My service advisor, Matt, couldn't be kinder, and is very transparent about my repair options. They still service my 1993 300D like it was a new car. 5 star rating!

The staff that greeted me was very pleasant and professional and I was pleased with the treatment of me and my car. Kimo is an excellent ambassador for MB of Walnut Creek. I was, however, disappointed in the appointment system. My appointment was for 12:30 pm, but when I arrived, was informed that no one could see my car until at least 1:30. The airbag replacement was supposed to take 2 hours, but I sat for more than 3 hours waiting as there was no shuttle to Vallejo, even though it is less than 20 minutes away.
Great experience. Nothing I dread more than going to buy a car. Danny made it easy, quick and painless. They were all very organized, professional, and nice to work with.

Bought a 3 year old car here, less than 30 days later it had severe engine problems, the dealership didn't really care (obviously legally it's not their problem) but still wouldn't recommend them since they sold me a lemon. The entire engine was replaced by Ford under the third party warranty I purchased.

Miguel was extremely well organized in preparation for our visit and then explained in easy to understand language what needed to be done. He kept us apprised on the progress in a very timely manner and was there when we arrived to see if there were any additional questions or follow-up needed.

Daniel was great, and helped us find the exact car we wanted. They traded a car from another dealership in order to get us the car that met our needs. I would recommend Daniel, as he was pleasant to work with. And everyone at the dealership seemed nice and upbeat.
The pre-owned truck I bought is great, a Nissan Fontier. The service buying it, not so much. I talked to the sales department that I was coming in the following morning to purchase the truck without financing. I asked for a grand total and final price with tax, title, etc. all included so I could be prepared to cut the check. Two associates called me throughout the day to make sure I was coming in, they wanted to be sure their work was worth it, I guess. I arrived a little late and was told my ride could leave as it would only be 60-90 min to finalize papers until I drove off in my new truck. Long and short of it, there was a lot of information not talked about that both dealer needed and I needed to complete this transaction. They were happy to take my personal check but could not release the car until it cleared. I have purchased a few cars with a personal check in the past and once the bank guaranteed it, I was good to go. I ended up wiring the funds which took me 30 min. They still did not release the truck until the funds hit their bank that they said would be after the weekend! I had to Uber back home and make plans to return for it later. You got to be kidding me... I will not recommend or return to Mercedes of Walnut Creek again.
My experience began with my call with Patrick to get a quote on replacing my brakes. He was fantastic and extremely helpful. I was assigned to Matt Bolt. He was patient, took time to answer all my questions, he was transparent, communicative and provide amazing service. The entire process was smooth. The entire staff was attentive and provided amazing customer service. They exceeded my expectations for Mercedes-Benz.
I would rate the experience as one of the best car buying experience I've had. Angelique who was helping me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a 2001 used BMW and thought the price fair.
Brought my car in for a rough idle and misfire, car is a 2018 E63s. My service advisor was Vitia Aburto. She was extremely professional, courteous and, although it took about to week to diagnose and resolve the issue because of the Thanksgiving Holiday, I was kept informed of the progress and I am happy with the result. Great service. I've since returned to get my wheels balanced and will be making them my go-to Dealer.
We have bought our Benz from Kevin Rasul 3 years ago and our relationship with him just not finished that time. He has been great friend since then with always being just a text away for anything we need regarding our vehicle. Whether it s related to servicing or any other requirement (even though these are not his departments) , Kevin is forever ready to help. My advisor, Matt is very accommodating. They drove me to where I needed to go while they were working on my car and picked me up and brought me back when my car was done.
I took my E350 in for a B-Service on August 28, 2020. While being written up, I handed a coupon that was emailed to me to my service advisor, Miguel. He kept insisting that the service cost for a Basic B-Service was the regular price of $687.48. After about 8-10 minutes of disagreement, he decided to ask his manager. It turned out that Miguel did not know that this coupon special existed. It was such a humiliating experience.
The actual service for the car itself was good. I have been using MB of W.C. for over 10 years to service my E350, but I think I will use another Mercedes service center going forward.

Given the social distancing practices and the reality of the pandemic, it was an easy and clean experience in servicing my vehicle at this dealership. I made an appointment days in advance, showed up on time and I was greeted by the service advisor that knew my name, had the service printout in hand, explained what service was to be performed, took my keys and asked me if I needed a ride. I requested a ride back to the dealership in the afternoon, I was picked up by a courteous employee (he gave me a call 20 minutes prior of the pickup), showed up to the dealership, went to the cashier to get my paperwork, gave my vehicle tag to the customer service rep outside and my car was brought back to me. It had been washed, cleaned, and disinfected. Easy in and out. I will be servicing my vehicle at this dealership in the future.
The sales associate was extremely helpful in the purchase of our GLE 350. The car had a dent which was scheduled to be repaired. Unfortunately, the sales associate didn't tell me that she would be out on the day I brought the car in. There was no-one at the dealership that was assigned to ensure that my needs were met. I had to wander the facility to find someone who would help. I got the impression that once I purchased the car, they weren't interested in me. The purchase process was pleasant but they need to work on providing a continued theme of customer care after the purchase process.
They are amazing. Took care of me in the best way. Very friendly, very accountable and very quick turnaround. I m happy to be using them as my go to place. Really great service. And Vitia is the absolute best. Get her to help you if you can. She s awesome and made me feel like she really cared the whole way through.

Very nice facility. Quick service advisors. This is my first Mercedes, being that it is a luxury car I was expecting a more luxury service. But it was okay. I'll still give 5 stars because they were able to help my needs in a timely fashion.
