Overall a rush service. Car was given to us in a hurry and we were mandated to take the car the same day we booked it without any discretion on the customer part. Car was not washed properly and it infact had a nail in a rear tire that we found next morning. The front license plate frame was not fixed. Last time we bought Mercedez Benz we were given gifts, this time we were not given any Mercedez items even though we bought GLS 450. Service could have been better

I ve been going to Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek since 2015 when I moved back up to the Bay Area and here and there before then. Each time, I have always had great customer service especially with the Service Dept and both representatives that I was assigned. Recently, I ve had to replace my vehicle and got help from the Sales Dept. as well as their Vehicle Acquisition representative. Both Uri and Shannon, respectively from their departments, took good care of me and listened to all my needs. With Shannon s pre-work and assistance, I went there late afternoon and test drove the cars I specifically asked for abs walked away less than 3 hours later with a vehicle I and my family are very happy with.

I am so grateful for everyone s assistance and listening carefully to my needs which made the whole transaction go much quicker. And I look forward to continued business with them as I let them take care of my new car s maintenance moving forward. Truly enjoy going and fully satisfied with all the service from this specific Benz location. Highly recommend them!

The best and most honest experience I've ever had at a dealership. Took my SLS AMG there for service. My service advisor, Michael Sevey was great. When there was an issue with a error code, both Mike and his manager David Guitar went out of their way to see what the possible issues could be and did not try to push me into unnecessary repairs. And the technician Jordan was very knowledgeable with my very unique car. Highly recommend this dealership, great group of guys.

After purchasing my first mercedes-Benz C 300 last year from there #{awesome experience) So I didn t think my second experience would be any different boy was I wrong it actually surpassed the first one Mr. Aziz has got to be one of the most patient, kindest, and nicest person I know so I would like to say thank you for helping me with my purchase and making sure It was exactly what I wanted my dream car the AMG GLE 53 pure joy is the experience I had and pulling on the lot to see my car sitting there with the VIP sign didn t hurt either lol... excellent experience mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek.

Well, For being in the Car Business myself and having so many good experience with Concord BMW and MBZ of Pleasanton, I would have never thought that a Dealership like MBZ of Walnut Creek would give us Such Bad service from there Service Department Specially from Nievel Athill, he's rude and condescending. I have serviced several other MBZ at this dealership before but never ever did I get such bad Customer service in my Life. I rather drive to Pleasanton from now on and would Not recommend taking your car to this Dealer. Save yourself the Headache and drive little further and get treated the right way.
They Don't even deserve 1 star.

Received excellent customer service from John Lee! He was patient and did his due diligence to find my daughter exactly what she wanted.

I went in while the dealership was super busy and Bao made himself available to me. I knew what car, price range and year I wanted to look at. We looked at several comparable cars to the one I was initially interested in bc it was being serviced and unavailable. He went above beyond to show the car and to locate the keys. The car was what I wanted minus a few scratches and some warranty issues. He was extremely helpful, patient, informative. He spoke clearly and listened to my list of wants and needs and I drove away in the car I drove from SF to purchase.
I absolutely love my car, the color, the smooth ride, the heated seats, the quiet engine, the trunk space, ambient lights!!!
I did not feel like I was being ripped off as a woman and I enjoyed the experience that I had been dreading after going to two other places and feeling like the dealerships were trying to take advantage of me.
Bao is a kind person and it made the experience easier to do.

Quinton Jones in sales is the best, extremely personable and took care of everything for me. I highly recommend Quinton and the whole MB of Walnut Creek organization. I have bought many cars in my time but this was one of the most pleasant transactions. And a shout out to Glenn for the easiest paperwork transactions I ve done.

An excellent car buying experience. Firstly in finding a low-milage and immaculately maintained used wagon worth buying the extended warranty for (rare and becoming rarer). Secondly for how easy it was to get the deal done - from a cars.com listing in the morning, to signing for it in the early afternoon. And thanks Danny Baptista for your help.

Tea was awesome! Good customer service and professional. The only issue I had, I was asked if I wanted the car to be washed and I said yes. When I picked up the car, it was not washed.

However, Tea was super awesome and I am sure she had nothing to do with it. Please hire more professional people like Tea.

Got my vehicle serviced and hands down one of the best Mercedes Benz service department experience I have had since owning the vehicle. Not just the actual service done to my car but the service representative Albert. He was honest and actually treated me with respect and took in consideration what I wanted and needed for my vehicle. Unlike (yes I m going to call them out) Mercedes Benz Of Fairfield. (Which I live much closer too) I have been to many Mercedes service departments and hands down this is the best one. Albert is truly caring and professional and bottom line was just an honest person that cared for my vehicle as much as I have. He made my time at Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek service department an excellent one.

I wish a little more was explained about the car on how the gadgets inside the car worked other than that my experience was ok.

Bobby greeted and helped us compare many vehicles. He was thorough and answered all of my questions. I ended up purchasing the perfect car and he made the process quick and easy. Bobby was very personable and knowledgeable, which made my shopping experience great! Additionally, the dealership had great inventory and pricing!

The diagnosis of the check engine light coming on took five days but problem was not resolved. The car was left a Friday and over the weekend, but nobody contacted us on Monday or Tuesday about the status of the car. I had to call on Wednesday to find out the mechanic could not identify the cause of the check engine light on. The check engine light came on once again, so I am not sure if this dealer can solve the problem. I may take my car to another dealer to see if they can resolve this problem. By the way, my car only has 300 miles on it! Also, there was no service loaner offered to me when I scheduled the appointment. It is very inconvenient to have no car to drive for five days! I thought MB would provide better service to a customer with three Mercedes taken to the dealer for service before!

My Parking Brake was sticking and the Emergency Brake light will come on even though the parking brake is released just a few days ago. The Parking Brake assembly was replaced 9 months ago and developed the same sticky issue and a new one concerning the Brake lights coming and staying on. Kimo, the Service Advisor, got permission from his Manager to replace the Braking Assembly free of charge, the right thing to do. Kimo was very understanding of my position and agreed with me that MB parts should have lasted for years and not fail miserably within 9 months time . Timo and the dealer put on a class act and got the replacement done within a couple of hours. Thanks to Timo and his Manager. Fred

I am a returning customer to replace the one I bought 6 years ago. Internet sale staff, Melissa was a pleasure to work with from the first conversation to the multiple phone, text and email messages. The whole car buying process went very smoothly. The car was ready for pick up when we arrived at the dealer. This Mercedes Benz Dealership is located in Walnut Creek California off of North Main Street, my 14 year old grandson loves high-end cars and the Mercedes Benz S Class is one of them. The Wonderful Car Salesman that greeted us was wonderful, he started one of Mercedes that my grandson fell in love with and let him set in the passenger seat while the salesman let him hear the roar of the engine. He encouraged my grandson to finish school, work hard and that he could have anything he sat his mind to. Thank you so much for your inspiring Words Sir. Went in for sunroof recall. Joel was helpful and had my car back early. Shuttle was clean and driver was friendly. As busy as the dealership was this morning they were very efficient and friendly.

Purchased a used Volvo through MB of Walnut Creek. Internet sales manager Angelique Lavaly was fantastic. She emailed detailed information and reports on the vehicle prior to my appointment and thoroughly answered all of my questions throughout the process. Angelique is warm and genuine, and her focus on customer service is a very positive reflection on the dealership.

I waited until over a month following my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek to post this because I wanted to give them a fair chance at redeeming the quality of service they provided me. Besides my car not being ready 4 days after purchase and besides the fact that I arranged my whole day to go pick up the car in the morning only to hear it still wasn't ready and had to pay for my husband to have a $80 Uber ride to pick it up across the Bay Area I was still ok with everything. They somehow offer, "complimentary delivery" - but every time I asked about it it seemed like the salesman didn't want to make promises and avoided the topic. I've been calling their office for the last 2 weeks to check up on my vehicle registration with absolutely no response. Multiple team members just said it's, "all fine, and not to worry" but it isn't them having their car's registration run out a month after they purchased it. I spent my hard earned money to purchase a vehicle and this dealership truly doesn't care about customer service. You can't reach anyone, they minimize concerns, and they only took me seriously as a young woman only when they ran my credit score. Only then did they seem to want to provide me service. Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek - you have absolutely failed in customer service. I can't believe my new car's registration is running out with no word from you.

UPDATE:
As instructed, I called back Mercedes Benz of WC and spoke to the manager who was very confused as to why I called back. No one aparantly knew who commented on my post and nothing got resolved.

Everythng was top notch. There was some confusion regarding my third party warranty, but Mike did a great job of following up and keeping me informed. He took over all communication with them and completed the job above and beyond my expectations.
