I brought my car for its appointment at 10:00 am. By 10:30 it was checked in, and they took me downtown Walnut Creek to shop. My car had air bags and tail lamp carriers that were both on recall. They replaced both of these at no cost. In addition, my head lamps were dull so they replaced them also. They were professional and efficient. They were friendly and so very helpful. They even washed my car. I recommend Mercedes - Benz of Walnut Creek.

Buyer Beware!!!!! This dealership sold me a previously wrecked car, but represented it as new. They represented the car as a loaner car, but the car had been in a front end collision. Sadly, they have done little , really nothing to fix the situation which has led me to hire an attorney. Make sure you thoroughly check the car you are buying, DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD FOR ANYTHING. I recommend taking any car you might buy from this dealership to your own mechanic and have it checked. I was an out of town buyer and they shipped me the car. Sadly, they tried to blame the paint damage on the trucking company, but it was clear based on the shipping documents that the trucker had picked up the car in that condition. At first I simply wanted them to pay for a detail and buff out the scratches in the hood, they were slow to respond and when they did respond they asked me to get bids from detail companies. Which I did and the body shop that I received the bid gave me the bad news about the wreck. Now the sales person has terminated communication with me after I ask him why they did not disclose the wreck. This is NOT a trustworthy dealership. BUYER BEWARE.

Was quoted 2 times that service would only take 2 hour service maximum. I was running a little bit behind since I live an hour away and called them and let them know I was 10 min behind and they said no problem come down. I showed up as I stated. Their service writer that was assigned to me did not come over to greet me for 25 min even though I asked several employees they all kept saying "your service writer will be with you." The service writer said that the service would only take 2 hours max, I asked for a loaner car and they said they cant if it's under 4 hour service. So I walked around town and came back and they kept saying that the car was not ready and the service writer would be with me. They have a lot of people that do busy work but none really want to help you and keep pushing it off onto a service writer assigned to you. It took 4 hours and 10 min and I told them not to wash the car because I can not waste anymore of my day there. I drove a far distance even though another Mercedes dealer is only 20min from my house because they used to have an incredible service department. Not so much anymore. I needed some small additional service work done with the leaking that comes through the top weather-strip (should be a recall item since so many customers experience the same issue) and the service writer said if I did it that day he would offer me a $250.00 discount off of the $900.00 price. I told him that I could not do it right now because I lost my job due to the Covid Virus issue but that I would bring it back next month to do and he said sorry but no discount unless it was today. Way to go for caring WC Mercedes.

Got an estimate of $1900 for replacing the mass air flow sensor which I was able to get done outside for $300. Went back to the dealership for reprogramming the ECM. Was told I would be picked up from my house to come pick up my car at 9:00 am. The driver didn't arrive till 9:30 and then they could not find my car keys at the dealership, so I didn't get it until 10:30. Then the next day the check engine light came on.

Brought my car in for service. They fixed the battery and belt tensioner, but they also included a fair amount of cosmetic damage AND neglected to mention this. Do NOT bring your car here if you want it to look the same as when you left it in their untrustworthy hands. With Mercedes, you expect a certain level of service and professionalism...but this isn't the place for that. Maybe Kia does better?

Made the mistake of thinking I could get a good used car from them based on the reputation, but the group is experienced with taking advantage of new to owning car people.
Make sure your care has the right tires, make sure your signed agreement has the same warranty terms as what the salesman tells you, and make sure you'd only go here as a last resort.

The car was in Terrible conditions with tears on the Leather and Body damage that even the delivery driver found the need to take pictures of. They Also shipped the car with NO PAPERWORK! I paid for the car on Dec 28 2020 and it's Jan 12 2021 and still don't have registration and cannot drive the car that was a gift for my Mother. These People are horrible! I had my car recently serviced for its regular maintenance. I was greeted in the service area as scheduled and timely I received a call that my car was ready for pick up. My paperwork was ready with the cashier, newly washed and everything was accomplished as planned. Driving my newly serviced car, smelling so good and receiving such a customer service make me feel important and valued. Special mention to Kimo Makaula, service professional who 'always' exceeds my expectation. I say 'always' since he has been servicing my car for a couple of years now, and never he fails. He would return my call if he missed, he would send me reminders if my car is due for maintenance and he would offer politely if i need anything else or any questions about my car just let him know. Kimo is awesome! and surely highly recommending Kimo for his professionalism, job knowledge and excellent customer service!

I took my c240 into the dealer for recall service yesterday. It was a mixed feeling about the service. First, I was not very happy about the fact that I had to spend a whole day on the issue. When I made the appointment, I was told the job may take from 1-4 hours. That is fine. When I checked in at 9:30am, I was told I should get my car back in about 90 minutes to 2 hours. Fair. I decided to stay around instead of going home. When I went back at around noon time, I was told it may take another hour because of back up of services. Well, what can I do? Given that my home is 30 minutes of drive away, the best option is for me to stay and wait. It is really boring since pandemic has shut down everything and there is no place to go, and staying inside the waiting room with face mask on was quite unpleasant. But soon my service advisor came to me saying that I probably won't be able to get my car back before 4pm. He then offered me a shuttle to take me home even though courtesy shuttle is not available normally due to the distance. That is a nice gesture. A really nice gentleman Ramon drove me home at around 1:30pm. I told my wife to stand by to drive me back to the dealer later. At around 3:40pm, the service advisor called me saying he was sending the shuttle to pick me up. That is a truly pleasant surprise. It made me feel the dealer is doing a 5 star service. Ramon picked me up and took me back to the dealer again. He is truly nice and a great driver. I felt I could forget about the negative feeling about the waste of time at that moment. Unfortunately, when I got my car back and opened the door, I noticed the complementary car wash and vacuum was not that impressive. I had to pick up things like hair and food from the rear seat with my own hand. I did not see them before I sent my car in. It must be the vacuum that sucked them out from their hidden places but failed to pick them up. Also, my service report states that checked the spot for production date by recall procedure. Since no production date was found at that spot, nothing was done and that completed the recall service request. This looks a little suspicious to me. But anyway, I don't feel anything wrong with the sunroof, so that is ok. But put everything together, I will give my service experience a neutral rating. The dealer is obviously trying to do a great service, but may not be able to deliver 100% in my opinion. Nothing against the employees helping me yesterday though. I believe they all tried their best.

Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek was supposed to have our car picked up (covered by our roadside assistance) on Tuesday. The towing company *selected by Mercedes Benz* was a no show, and nobody seemed to care or have any explanation for this. The following day, another company was selected by Mercedes Benz with no reason given. They showed up 3-4 hours later than their estimated time of arrival, and took our car in. From there, the problem should have been an easy fix; we simply needed a new tire which TWO employees confirmed that they had in stock (one of them even double checked ). It is now more than two full days later, and nobody can tell me what is going on with my vehicle. Every time I call, I m put on hold and told someone will call me back. I called Mercedes Benz customer care, and they said they would reach out to the dealership. Hours later, I still don t know what s going on with my car, and I honestly wouldn t doubt that they will have my car for a fourth day (FOR A FLAT TIRE). The worst part about my experience is that they didn t offer a courtesy vehicle when this was something they so clearly dropped the ball on. Beyond all of that, there s no reason a vehicle with less than 20,000 miles on it should have multiple problems with tires, sensors, etc.

I recommend taking your business elsewhere before considering Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek. The only attentive people on their staff are the members their sales team, and they only care about you when they re selling you a car. After that, you re on your own. They have proven to our family that they unfortunately do not value their customers time or money.

My Mercedes-Benz 2014 E350 had explosive pop noise coming from the rear exit above the rear seats whenever I turned AC on. I took my car to MB of Walnut Creek to check the problem and do the 90,000 miles maintenance in the mean time on Sept 28, 2020. They assigned Ms. Vitia Aburto to be my service advisor and loaned a GLB 350 for use during the service time. This the second time that I have Vitia as the service advisor. She is professional and always pleasant with customers, They fixed the AC problem without charge since I have extended warranty to 100,000 miles. The regular maintenance made the car driving smoother and gas mileage better. The check in and checkout of the loan car is very easy and convenient. The team members of MB of Walnut Creek that I contacted during this service are all professional and courteous.

Was looking around for a new car for my wife and tried another dealership before coming here and wow do I wish I came here first. Walking onto the lot I was met with friendly faces and treated like family. My sales agent was Asim and he really took care of me. Showed me everything I was interested in, showed me more options, and was never pushy. Very open, honest, and worked with what I asked for. Walked in thinking of a certified, ended up driving away with a brand new 2021 CLA and my wife couldn't be happier. He was so friendly and communicative and he kindly answered all our questions very patiently and appropriately. We decided to lease the car and then Mr. Ash Golnazar helped us with the finance process. he was very kind and did all the paper works very fast. we asked many questions about the finance process and he answered all of them with smile and patience. In overall we found everyone kind and helpful over there.

Made a appointment to look at a 2002 Honda s2000 coming in not sure if I was going to buy the car or not. Once I arrived I was greeted by one of the workers there and helped me find who was Danny Baptista and right away he was awesome. Went for a test drive and car felt great, shifted very smooth, no leaks or funny smell when driving, interior was a solid 9/10 for a 18 year old car overall loved the car. But I wanted to really make this review for Danny, he was very outgoing, patient, nice, and the best sells men I've ever meet. Very cool guy. Been having the car for a week now and hasn't given me any problems what so ever. Very pleased with Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek, they are great. Thanks Danny your awesome man!

Edit: The Sales Manager Bernard was kind enough to spend the time with me over the phone to explain everything that should have been explained to us clearly in the dealership. For that reason I have updated my below post.

For a brand like Mercedes you expect extreme professionalism and courtesy. They used pressure tactics and had us signing paperwork before we even saw the car in question or before we even agreed that we wanted to do a deal. We were not told the information we were filling out was to run our credit report instead, we thought we were filling out the information on an iPad so he can show us the car we were interested in. The fees on the original term sheet were different than what was in the contract. When I asked why there was a $70 monthly increase in the contract I could not get a straight answer from sales or finance. When I asked the sales manager he told me the difference was taxes, which was not the truth. We were shuffled into the finance department to fill out and sign paperwork including signing our car over before we even saw the car we were thinking about leasing and before we agreed that we even wanted to lease it. The lack of information they provided us throughout the process was deceitful. The finance manager did not take the time to properly explain the terms in the contract.

Tip if you decide to do a deal: Make sure you manipulate the iPad where you are signing the contract so that you can clearly see everything as it will not be explained to you. Also make sure to ask them to leave a hard copy of the initial term sheet in front of you as they will constantly be shuffling papers around and taking them out of your eyesight. Ask them to show you the car before they have you filling out paperwork or running your credit, so that you do not feel pressured to go through with the deal. Ask about the rental charge if you are doing a lease, this is a fee that is not disclosed in your initial term sheet and will be listed on the contract, it represents a significant portion of the monthly price and should be disclosed to the lessee.

Yesterday I called the dealership to see and planned to get the car. I made an appointment at 4pm today. As I was driving to the dealership, about 3 pm , I got call from them that the car was sold. if they can not keep their words, it is better not to say that they will keep the car for the customer. It is very disappointing . And its a classic excuse ... first come first serve. I am ok if they mentioned on the first place.

Took my E300 in for the first time yesterday. Matt, my service advisor was great. Communicated with me throughout the day and when they needed my car overnight, he arranged a loaner car that was ready when I arrived. A+ service and communication.

Purchased my CLA 250 back in 2017 and within the past 3 years, I have gone through THREE tire changes (32k mileage). That is, paying $2k each time. Just within the last 5 months alone, I've had to visit this place more than 7 times to get my tire pressure looked at because the light kept coming on (without apparent damage to the tires). Every time I've gone in to get it fixed, they only RESET THE TIRE PRESSURE WITHOUT checking the alignment, checking the pressure sensor, etc. the service people here are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - please do not simply RESET something without checking to see if there's an underlying cause. The last time I went in, a service manager named SEVEY handed me a $2k bill for new tires and alignment fix WITHOUT even asking/checking if I had any sort of warranty. Why didn't they do their DUE DILIGENCE by checking everything when I visited MULTIPLE TIMES IN A MONTH?! Additionally, to add insult to the injury, he told me that people who buy this model generally tend to drive less (to and from brunch, etc)....how could a customer service person have the audacity to say such things??! Unbelievably rude. Long story short, if you are purchasing a Benz - you expect QUALITY in both the car AND the customer service. Unfortunately, that is NOT the case at MB of Walnut Creek. Highly recommend you save yourself the headache and your buck for something else because THIS kind of treatment by a customer facing employee, is NOT A GOOD LOOK for MB. Will be advising my network to NOT buy a Benz.

My experience with John and his manager Thomas was the best up to know for buying a car. John is very straight and right to the point. He not only found the car i was looking very quick but also offered his best price which was lowest among all other dealerships at the first step without playing around the numbers.
He is very experienced and confident on what he is doing.
Also the process of financial stuff was very quick and straight forward without any hassle.
They delivered my car which was supposed to transfer from LA in less than 48 hours to my door.

I highly recommend Walnut Creek Mercedes dealership if you are looking for Benz!

Really disappointing experience. Spent lots of time talking to a salesman regarding a new 2020 GLE350, got the deal, drove 100miles to see the car then found out the car has over 660 miles on it. How come it was never mentioned during the negotiation??? Besides that, the salesman had a really bad attitude because I went in yesterday with a different salesman. Now I got the deal but my current salesman is not going to have the full credits of selling me car, even though I was talking about a completely different car yesterday!! As a customer, I didn t know whats happening between salesmen. You could ve been nicer so we can figure out a way to make it work!

Joel changed my previous negative experience with Walnut Creek Mercedes to a very positive experience. He was able to have the nail in tire problem repaired while I waited, even though the service staff was short-handed that day. I am very appreciative that he repaired the tire and had the car washed in record time.

The waiting area and the lounge is so cold. I wish they told me to dress warm prior to my appointment. I expected at least room temperature not freezing. It was an agonizing 3 hours wait to replace my car's airbag.
I will not use this dealership in the future. They did not bother to set the clock and they did not tell me about my fob battery needs to be replaced. Never had these bad experiences in other dealerships.

My experience with Walnut Creek! Mercedes-Benz was AMAZING! I really appreciate it. First I contacted to Patrick on the phone. He was very professional, very helpful and very kind. Then I started to work with Mike. I don't know what to say! I'm just speechless with his service. He listened to me patiently from the very first time. During the service I totally felt, he was there genuinely to help my situation and at the same time he was extremely professional. He definitely wouldn't do better than what he did for us. I just felt so lucky to meet with Patrick & Mike! and I'm so impressed how they represent their company !!! I went to Mercedes of Walnut Creek as I heard a lot of good things about this place, even though Pleasanton Mercedes was closer to my home. It was indeed a good decision. I worked with Jose Castro, he is an excellent sales person, he listened to our requirements and was able to work with our numbers and give us a good deal. Thank you Castro.

I brought my new (freshly cleaned fully loaded E300) car in to have a stainless steel door panel reattached apparently Mercedes Benz of Steven Creek is selling cars with this piece attached only by masking tape (what a disgrace), but that s a different story. I was told by Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek that they would provide me with a complimentary car wash with the service to reattach the door panel. I am so disappointed to say that I received my car back dirtier than one could imagine. Following the service, my car had smears all over, dry soap stains, and windows that barely allowed visibility for me to drive due to how badly it was smeared with who knows what. As if the former wasn t bad enough, they also chipped paint off of my new car. After just two weeks with my Mercedes, I already need to have a touch up paint job because apparently they do not know how to take care of their own cars when servicing them. I am highly disappointed in their care for my car; because of their poor service, I d likely recommend that you see your local shade tree mechanic instead of bringing your car in to the Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek, as the care and attention to detail would likely be much better. Mistakes do happen and I am aware of that, so depending on their response to this post, I may amend this review, but first I ll need to see if they can show me the service that you d expect and especially for customers who purchased a $70,000 car from them.
