Mercedes-Benz of Orland park Review

Appointment was easy to make and staff greeted me in a timely fashion. Service was performed in the same day and every person that work there was kind and welcoming.

I went into the showroom today 5/22 around 3:35 pm. No one greeted me, two guys standing in the show room made eye contact with me. No one greeted me.They walked off as I wasn't there. I was prepared to purchase a vehicle today, and pay CASH! Why would I want to spend my money with a dealership, that lacks customer service!!!!! There was little to NO foot traffic! This was just a less than desirable visit!!! I will follow up with MB corporate.

My husband and I experience started off rocking with the Dealership but my salesperson Sam was able to make up for everything. He was professional and didn t give up on finding me a great deal! He listened to what I wanted and I ended up with more things in my vehicle than what was on my wish list. I m a first time owner of a Mercedes Benz so it all was a big deal to me but Sam was understanding and informative throughout the whole process. I look forward to future business with Mercedes- Benz of Orland Park!

This Place Was Amazing they treated me with the Utmost care! They rolled out the red carpet for me! Everyone was so friendly! This was my very first time coming here! I felt and knew that my Benz and myself were in great hands! You definitely need to go and check it for yourself! I Guarantee you will not be disappointed! My truck received the royal treatment! I Had an issue with my sprinter. I called and spoke to Matthew. He said come on in! They diagnosed, and scheduled me, to come back the following morning. They were so thorough, and fast! Great team here at Orland Park MB sprinter! I'll definitely be returning in the future!

Great place a true Mercedes adventure. You get what Mercedes is all about Quaility and Service at it utmost. Steve and the rest of the people always treat me like the most important customer. I have sat there waiting for my vehicle to be serviced and everyone is treated with the highest regard. I will always be an Orland Park MB Fan. Great Job Y'all

My experience was nothing short of top notch and Sam was just about one of the best sales people I have worked with. Other then giving me all the information about the C 300 I bought he also followed up to make sure I was happy which I was. After I bough the car I noticed a small tiny cosmetic issue and they fixed it immediately no questions asked. The used sales manager (forgot his name) was great and took care of me right away. The people in service were also just great and very helpful. Oh and the car I drive to the dealership in ended up getting a nail in it from the construction they are doing down 159th, they fixed it for free. These people are great and really there to create loyalty through amazing customer experience. My next car will be from here even though I live an hour away. 5 stars!!!!
