My experience was nothing short of top notch and Sam was just about one of the best sales people I have worked with. Other then giving me all the information about the C 300 I bought he also followed up to make sure I was happy which I was. After I bough the car I noticed a small tiny cosmetic issue and they fixed it immediately no questions asked. The used sales manager (forgot his name) was great and took care of me right away. The people in service were also just great and very helpful. Oh and the car I drive to the dealership in ended up getting a nail in it from the construction they are doing down 159th, they fixed it for free. These people are great and really there to create loyalty through amazing customer experience. My next car will be from here even though I live an hour away. 5 stars!!!!
