I went into the showroom today 5/22 around 3:35 pm. No one greeted me, two guys standing in the show room made eye contact with me. No one greeted me.They walked off as I wasn't there. I was prepared to purchase a vehicle today, and pay CASH! Why would I want to spend my money with a dealership, that lacks customer service!!!!! There was little to NO foot traffic! This was just a less than desirable visit!!! I will follow up with MB corporate.
