My husband and I were in the market for a new car, and wanted to check out the Subaru BRZ along with test driving some other vehicles. Jeff Walker assisted us throughout the whole process and was phenomenal. We originally test drove back in February, and came back this weekend, 03.27.21, after shopping around and doing homework on the vehicle in question.

Jeff was nothing but professional, polite, and understanding. He did not pressure us at all and was upfront regarding pricing. We actually reached out to him again once we confirmed that the 2020 BRZ was what we wanted to purchase, and were able to get a competitive pricing/intrest rate within our monthly budget. They were able to get us in and out within three hours on a busy Saturday.

I cannot say enough good things about the service and the no hassle attitude, which was refreshing after visiting some other dealerships. Everyone worked with us and was kind, professional, and polite; making the car buying experience enjoyable instead of stressed.

When we need to buy a new car again, we will definitely be going back to Gerald and I encourage anyone to check them out for the best car buying experience!

Amazing service! I needed an oil change and a part replaced due to a recall. Easily made an appointment online for the following week. They had an option to pick my car up, service it, and drop it back off! It was back within a few hours with no disruption to my work schedule. Super kind and attentive technicians. Highly recommend!

I took our Forester in for Recall-repair. Scheduling was easy. The repair was a little longer than predicted, but given the unknowns of any repair, acceptable. Their waiting room was spacious, comfortable and well-stocked as usual.

Gerald Subaru in Naperville is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly, personable and efficient. They seem to take the pandemic seriously, even placing a wrap over my steering wheel to service my Subaru. (As a side note, when I am required to bring my husband's car to the Chevy dealer located one town west, I dread it every time). Thank you for showing you care about your customers!

I really appreciate the customer service at Gerald Subaru. They are friendly, courteous, and willing to offer information about your vehicle or vehicle parts. The representative is accessible via text while your vehicle is being serviced if any questions or concerns arise. The representative sends a text stating that, minutes after you step away from the service desk!

Leo was incredible! He was super calming and attentive which is not typical for a car dealership. He made sure that we were truly happy with our car before ever going ahead with a purchase. I did not feel pressured at all. He got it sold to us as quickly as he could while also giving us snacks and coffee while we waiting for all the forms.

Shopped on the internet and Gerald had the best price. The purchasing experience was efficient and informative. We were given detailed instructions by our salesman on the operation of the many convenient and safety-minded options on our new car. The media center is loaded with helpful details. This past week my cousin took her Forester to Gerald Subaru in Naperville for service. The service advisor was Collin Miranda. I was astonished at his excellent service. He took care of the situation with the car and took care of us. He provided a loaner car for us to use while her car was in for service, kept her updated throughout the afternoon as to the status of her car, provided a timeline for completion, and made sure we were comfortable when we returned. All of this with a smile on his face and a kind response to all of my cousin's questions. After observing your service today, my next car will definitely be a Subaru. I know my cousin loves hers and instead of taking it to her home town dealer for service, she drives 35 miles to Naperville expressly because of the service department and her trust of Collin.
