I was relocating across country and found myself stranded in NE on my way to UT. I had a major tire failure. After poor service from their roadside assistance, I was frustrated to say the least. I also had my car in to the Wilmington DE Mercedes Dealer the week before due to some alignment issues and stressed my trip and concerns with the safety of my car. Wilmington told me my car was fine and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, they were wrong and I ended up needing 4 new tires due to their lack of service. As I arrived at Mercedes of Loveland Kasey Curtis in Service met me and did everything she could to make it right. We had a dog and they welcomed her into their facility. We had been stranded for 7 hours and they took us to eat and relax while they worked on my car. They worked diligently to get me back on the road that day even staying late and offering me a discount due to poor service from another location. I don't think a 5 star is enough for Kasey and the team at Loveland CO Mercedes Benz.

As a side note, I did reach out to Wilmington DE Mercedes Benz and they were accommodating to their lack of service. They reimbursed my costs for tires and the additional night of hotel.
