Worked with Bill H in getting our Sprinter and he was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better sales person. He was never pushy, told us what he would recommend getting and why, and was always on top of his side of things. He responded to emails quickly and continues to check in on us.

We have noticed that Mercedes as a whole really cares about customer service and it shows every time we go into the building. It's our first Mercedes (even though it's a van) and every time we go in, they make us feel important. It's a nice change from other dealerships.
