What a fantastic buying experience we had at Mercedes-Benz of Loveland, CO! This is our first MB (GLK350) we've purchased so we weren't too familiar with the features of the vehicle or the benefits of buying a MB. The Sales, Service and Finance Teams at MB Loveland really made us feel like we were long time customers and really like family. Nic Mercer (our Sales Representative) us very professional and patient with us as we selected our vehicle. He was very thorough in explaining the features of the GLK350 and was extremely knowledgeable.
