While Mercedes dealerships tend to be a cut above the rest, this one is among the best of the best. Chase Albright, our salesperson, really knows his product, and in keeping with the entire dealership, strives for transparency. This is our second Mercedes - it must be nice to sell a car that sells itself! Our first salesperson, Bill Holloway, was with a customer when we showed a second time to buy. Rather than have us wait (we had the choice, of course), he referred us to his colleague Chase. Tim Hardin is the sales manager, kudos to him for crafting a team that understands both the meaning and the benefits of putting the customer first.
We have never been treated better by a service department, either. Sure, it s vehicle service, but it s really customer service. Simple in theory, scare in fact: match a great product with genuine dedication to the consumer (and the consumer s time!) and you can t lose. Buy your next car here. It s the way things ought to work.
