Very dissatisfied with the service of Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn. I'm a veteran, and currently deployed. I was told that I could terminate my lease according to SCRA. I coordinated with Daimler (who underwrites the lease), and scheduled maintenance of the vehicle, as well as an end of inspection lease for Tuesday, May 30, 2017. When my family arrived with the vehicle, a manager denied receipt of the vehicle with threats that I would have to pay a penalty, and the remainder of the lease. The manager did not make any effort to facilitate things for my family who were doing me the favor of turning the car in. Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn for exceptional customer service on Memorial Day.
