I needed service for a horn problem and a tire pressure issue. I was told on the phone that the horn may take some time and they could better accomodate me tomorrow by bringing me a loaner car, picking up my car at my office and returning it to my home or office when fixed (how convenient is that!); but I preferred to bring my car in myself at least for the tire check now and would reschedule for the horn if necessary. I called at 7:30 am and I was happy to be scheduled for an 8:30 am appointment. A few minutes after I checked in, the service rep, John, told me that both issues could be resolved now. So I decided to wait, enjoyed a complimentary breakfast and was on my way relatively quickly. The customer service here is excellent.
I also have to add that my experience with the sales department back in October 2011 was nothing short of excellent as well. This is my first Mercedes-Benz and the sales rep, Dan, was very friendly and professional...no hard sell like you see at most dealerships.
