I WAS A COSTUMER FOR MB OF BROOKLYN SINCE 2012 AND IN MY LAST SERVICE MAINTENANCE I WENT TO MY WORST EXPERIENCE I FORGET MY SUNGLASSES IN THE LONERS CAR AND I WHEN BACK TO CLAIM THEM BACK AND THE GENERAL MANAGER NEVER HELP ME AND ON TOP OF THIS THE SEAT BELT IS MALFUNCTIONING AND NEEDS TO BE SERVICE AND I AM NOT ALLOW TO RECIBE SERVICE BECAUSE I CLAIM MY SUNGLASSES NOW I HAVE TO DRIVE OVER ONE HOUR TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP
