Worst service I've ever experienced at any dealers...
Worst service I've ever experienced at any dealership in the Puget Sound area. I'm trying to get the airbag recall components replaced on my GL450 and never received a response to several emails to confirm if the parts were in stock. Their online scheduling system confirmed my appointment but after calling the Parts desk they told me that the parts hadn't even been ordered yet!! Service desk won't even answer the phone. I'm done with this place and will never go there or recommend them to anyone. They are not interested in fulfilling manufacturer obligation to correct potentially dangerous problems and it's obvious that their departments don't communicate, to customers or each other. I'm guessing the staff turnover rate is astronomical which is the best indication that this place doesn't deserve your business.
