I've been a proud owner of an American Service Center Mercedes Benz since 1998. The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! --from the Corporate Level down to my Service Representative Dan Moreau. When I had an accident a few years ago, Corporate called me to see if I was OK. And-- Dan Moreau has been with me since I purchased my vehicle in 1998. Those two facts alone speak to this being a great place to work that values its employees and its customers--business-wise and personally. I will be purchasing a new Benz soon-- still holding on to the old one as well-- and I will be purchasing it from American Service Center as well. That is an absolute no-brainer. Thank you American Service Center for the many years of over-the-top customer service and keeping my 1998 C-280 in tip top condition to this day.
