I can't begin to explain my frustration with this ...
I can't begin to explain my frustration with this company. I have had multiple issues with the escrow and payment departments. Be aware of what you are paying and what is suppose to be paid. I recieved a cancellation notice from my insurance company, which the mortgage company was suppose to be paying since closing, written and contacted. I've gotten the same excuse multiple times. Last year, the starting if this year and today. My monthly statement is always incorrect.
I do admit, Katie was very helpful and sweet while I raged out my frustrations about how asinine some one could be to ignore mulitple notifications from my insurance and did i recieve one phone call from the mortgage company? No.
By far the most stressful and frustrating company to deal with.
Like I said, this is not the first time something like this has happened. Last time I received a "so sorry" and a fruit basket last time. I am tired of spending hours on the phone and rummaging through paperwork to prove my contract and to prove what is suppose to be getting paid and done.
As I read the complaints below about receiving no callbacks at the time of purchasing and credits, this is also true. When we first started going through the process of purchasing our home, it was a complete nightmare. Purchasing a home is suppose to be enjoyable, it was chaotic, hectic and a cluster trying to get everything in order due to people on thier end runnimg around like a bunch of chickens with thier heads removed. I am not happy. We will see if anything changes in the future, but it seems like a going thing that things are constantly messed up.
