I do not know why I keep coming back to these folk...

I do not know why I keep coming back to these folks. I shouldn't have to be more worried about how upset I will be contacting the folks here than the actual mortgage process. I have 2 mortgages on 2 homes with them due to working in different places now, at the time I got the second one, I had to go to their management and management at my CU that recommended them to get them to return any calls and lost one home I was looking at because they couldn't be bothered to call me back.
