Worst service by employees clients please don't take there services .They will fail to collect it proofs and returns in time

Those who are looking to enhance your Excell skill and other HR domain skills then be a employee of this company, as this company focuses on outsourcing HR services to its clients like payroll, employee data mgt, EPF, Gratuity and other related queries and concerns.
I am not sure about the remuneration as it always stand with market standeard.
NOTE:- *Whole building is filled with HR professionals.
*Mobile and bags are not allowed for Visitor's aswell for employees ( not sure why and i dont think so company has so confidential data).
*Keep your compensation expectation high as hell, as these guys are not ready to pay much.

Office is at good location. Don't know much about the company but got to know that they cannot afford quality people which is really sad for the companies who wants to grow.

Response from HR department is worst.. Not even respond to calls n emails also

The worst Company to work in. They do not value their employees. The HR Manager is inhumane and bosses over you,. Employees are constantly monitored. Lack of work life Balance initiatives. Long working hours. first of all very low salary and on top of that delayed payment in Salary. Please don't join this company which do not respect employees. zero employee recognition. Worst place to work in.

Ascent has more technical issues in their service. I found many technical issues while using their HR solution tool. Very bad service.

They called me for interview rounds 5 times even though they dint have budget for the same. Funny thing. Worst consultants.. They give wrong information at the time of recruitment. Don't even deserve a single star..

Ascent is a HR services provided company, Koramangala Branch is head office in India.
Nice locality good interaction with employes. Sometimes delay in information sharing will be gives trouble.

I have been following up with Ascent online team for my PF tranfer process for more than 6 months. Both customer care and Field team are not efficient in handling customer queries which resulted higher dissatisfaction. People do not tend to respond to customer emails and even not having courtesy to speak to customer grievances. I would strongly recommend to check their credentials before engaging in any contractual agreements

Interview process is not good. After interview they told they will get back to us. After multiple calls also they did not respond.

worst environment than any other software company in bangalore. you are not allowed to come after 9, no phones, dont talk to anyone, dont take more than 30 min break,worst salary structure. for freshers they only pay 7000 and package mentioned will 2.24 lakh.... worst company ever.

Good place to work, only infrastructure not satisfied except that we can learn lots of things here. Can become excel specialist, as i am already having U.S.Payoll experience this is very new for me to learn about Indian payroll, which make us to understand our pay & payslips. Can learn lot about HR activities i am sure.. Peoples are very friendly and helping to teach us without any hesitation. Happy to be part of Ascent :)

This is my first employment!!! I absolutely love the work at AscentHR. The core management team is dedicated to learning and development. There also exists a heightened sense of team work between the employees.

I was working here for 2 to 3 months... this is the worst company in Bangalore... team leaders are so pathetic... don't even have basic etuquates....

Only thing here i can say is we can learn. I feel this company as my Guru in profession. Apart from this very worst management they think they are doing so much to employees but they are only sucking employees blood. When employees work day and night management is not even bothered about employees health.

Ascent staffing has good clients like Thomson Reuters,and its very good to work with

This company should learn management. Managers along with HR are hopeless. They pay you in peanuts and don't even provide the reliving letter on time. They are full of filthy people working in it.Really HRs here are not even worth calling HRs as they don't know to talk and behave properly.Only people who can't get jobs better than this and are addicted to be treated as dogs can give them 5 stars ratings..... Truly speaking HRs has no role in Ascent they are merely puppets. The company can run without HRs too.

Good company.. but very slow in providing feedback... got selected n done with final round as well but they kept me on hold n called me after 2months wen I already got placed in other company.

Careless attitude of the interviewer(Sushma) and recruiter (Ansumaan). They call for interview and make candidate wait for an hour and say the profile doesn't match. Such an irresponsible team waste of time. Overall a pathetic experience.

I got mail in January 2020, that there is payroll job opening in Dell and I was called in ascent hr office. I was waiting continuously in reception area. After 4hrs I was send to HR cabin. One guy came and took interview which was good. Then one girl came and said they don't hire for other companies. If I am interested to work in ascent hr she will send my CV to owner. I agreed but I didn't received call and work profile described to me was of recruitment not in payroll.

Very bad client experience. As far as i heard, Ascent gives good HR solutions to the organisation. However, it is limited only to few things in application. Their customer handling is very poor and clients are always ignored. Escalation matrix is limited to one team only, they do not provide the next level details for any escalations, thus keeping all their mistakes themselves. Not recommended.

Horrible experience I had...Even After clearing all the rounds and after getting a call about joining in coming Monday. When asked for offer letter they kept saying will be sending at eod and at last informed that I am being kept on hold.
Recruiter itself doesn't have any clarity on the selection process .

Good company, I Hve given interview and entire process got completed on the same day, easy to reach, near to BDA complex Koramangala

On the other phase, we need to work more than expected, high pressure but my team members made it easy.

Worst Management & Unprofessional Employees.I Faced these Experience I went to Indian Payroll Profile Interview.They Have Done 5 to 6 Rounds of Interview.Final Round HR told me we will Provide training then we will Hire You Hr asked Me R U Interested or not Let me Conform Tomorrow.next day I Have Conformed I am Interested.They told me to come on Monday Your Training will start.On Monday Morning They Have Called me told me You Have one More Round & asked me to Bring original Certificates & Address Proof for Verification,Then Told me after Finished ur Final Round ur Training Will start Today.Then I prepared & went to Office By Carrying Documents Which They Have Asked Me.After Reaching to Office Reception I Got a Call from HR.HR told me U can Leave for a Day Because We are stop Hiring Ur Profile & We have Enough Employees with Us, Currently we Don't Require for Indian Payroll Profile.with Simply Skip telling these matter Disconnected the call.I was Disappointed by say these.I don't why they Have called me for Interview without any having any Requirements or Opening.Just they Making Interview for their Fun.Don't wast your time & Don't go these company job Interview.

I have been working with Ascent from Many years . This company has grown drastically over the years and I am very happy to be a part of Ascent HR.

They took 6 rounds interview and got selected but after 2-3 days they not taken.

Very poor company. They pay very much below market level to the employees.

Worst experience ever, such a pathetic HR firm. I went there twice on my scheduled interview (not walk-in), waited for 6hrs and they didn't bother to meet me even for 10mins. They interviewed me for 5-6mins, and said to leave for today as the HR had to attend some another meeting. Height of unprofessionalism

I loved working with Ascent.Good environment,supportive team members, Everyday there was something new to learn in Ascent. For freshers it is the best platform.

Worst And fake Hr consultancy... ,they called me and scheduled interview ...after finishing interview which was only one round face to face and they told interview for today is over we'll update further ,,,actually they didnt had any openings for net Engineer position but simply they called me and wasted my time,,,Even Hr and management behaviour is also not good .....

So sorry to say that this is the only company which i had extreme bad experience.
One year back i went for the opening of an HR EXECUTIVE CUM RECRUITER .... That too 2 days for the same rounds .4 rounds completed each day and finally got rejeceted on the second day.....by a MALLU HR HEAD......for a fu**nnnnny reason stating "AS YOU ARE A MALLU ITS A REJECT FROM MY SIDE AND IF YOU WANT I WILL PUT GOR ANOTHER ROUND BY TEAM "

Management support gives me more strength to do enough and raise my standard of work every single day. If you really have that zeal & passion to reinvent yourself come and join AscentHR.

Employee friendly. Good base for freshers to start their career. Only hurdle is traffic in the office location.

Worst experience ever, staff are immature, they ask the same question again and again, no respect to individuals. Whenever a mail is sent, the same mail is sent again by just coping and irritating. Please do not consult this organization.

Without knowing what openings are there in your company, do not schedule an interview for candidates and waste their time. What an arrogant behavior by your staff!

Don't waste your valuable time. Just in 5 minutes they will finalize your skill ,that is impossible and also I have felt very bad experienced with the security guard, he doesn't have manners to talk with the visitors.
I suggest management to replace the security guard.

A pvt ltd payroll processing firm. If you know anyone here your work will be done quickly. Nowadays reference plays major role everywhere and experience and qualification is secondary
