Melville Toyota Review

I recently bought a traded-in F6 Typhoon from Melville Toyota in which I was searching around for 12 months to buy. Marko from the dealership was quick in answering all my questions and getting the ball rolling. He wasn't at all pushy, just professional and easy to talk with to make a deal happen. Not to mention, I was buying the car sight-unseen from Victoria.

The team at Melville Toyota were able to arrange fast, safe and affordable transport right to my door here in Melbourne. The car arrived in fantastic condition, exactly how it was described to me and seen in the photos that had been sent my way. This is a very special car to me and I'm so thankful for the help and service I received when making this dream come true.

I would 100% reccomend buying a car from these guys, and if you're interstate like I am, they'll make it as simple and stress-free as possible.

A week earlier it would have been a one star. But I was dealing with an in experienced manager with a lack in customer service and complaint skills. But after contacting the correct avenues and stating our case in writing we were heard by the principal of the dealership (Mark) and the issue was rectified rather quickly. So after two new cars so far with this dealership we are grateful that they made the decision to nurture the relationship as we will now be back for our next business vehicle and our kids first cars.

I am not sure how this business stays afloat.....we rang to speak to someone in their Service Department regarding our vehicle and were told there is no one available ....so we rang back four hours later and still no one can speak to us.....we were told please leave your name and number and we will get someone to call you back .....well guess what, that didn t happen so we ended up going to another dealership....and then businesses like this wonder why they get rubbish reviews

We bought a Mazda from Alex and the process was quick, smooth and easy. Alex was attentive, friendly and easy to deal with. No pushy sales, no feeling of impatience, which I had experienced with other dealers!

Alex Munro assisted us from the beginning of the process, he told us all details about the car, helped with trade in our old car, he is a very polite and friendly, even after our purchase he answer on my questions on the phone as this car is the new for us and I don t still know some functions and buttons. Also our car was already serviced by Toyota and we don t have any doubts about our safety. I highly recommend Melville Toyota and Alex Munro as an expert.

I just bought a new Rav4 Hybrid and was very happy with the service that Jeremy provided to me. I had to order the car and Jeremy sent me updates on when the car would arrive. He was also very knowledgeable about all technical aspects of the car. It does make a difference dealing with a confident and personable employee of Toyota. By the way I love the car.
