I just bought a new Rav4 Hybrid and was very happy with the service that Jeremy provided to me. I had to order the car and Jeremy sent me updates on when the car would arrive. He was also very knowledgeable about all technical aspects of the car. It does make a difference dealing with a confident and personable employee of Toyota. By the way I love the car.
