A week earlier it would have been a one star. But I was dealing with an in experienced manager with a lack in customer service and complaint skills. But after contacting the correct avenues and stating our case in writing we were heard by the principal of the dealership (Mark) and the issue was rectified rather quickly. So after two new cars so far with this dealership we are grateful that they made the decision to nurture the relationship as we will now be back for our next business vehicle and our kids first cars.
