The weakest 5-star hotel I've been to. I would not give her more than 3 stars. Very delicious food.

Arrived in an exceptional time, we were able to leave all worries behind us after just a few hours!
Despite or perhaps because of the size and diversity of the hotel complex.
The gardens and pools are just as meticulously cleaned and appropriately arranged as the interior of the hotel and the rooms.
Last but not least, the luxury level is also offered by the special service of the bar and kitchen with an almost infinite selection of always fresh and rich gourmet delights!
The high-level feeling of well-being is finalized by the always professional and extremely friendly care of Ms. Ivanova Nina!

Location clean elegance. Eat okay. Like minus the sea beach very dearly. The beach is not very clean and full of gravel at the sea entrance.

Indoor pool warm + 29C, chlorine 0.3. Interesting territory with slides and karting ... They feed poorly and this is in the top level. The products are not fresh, the assortment is poor!

On the first day, I found a broken identification bracelet in the room, a sign that they were in a hurry to clean. very good food great variety, quiet, clean towels we had all including beach bar where water, juice, ice cream, beer and coffee were served, bar in front of the hotel where they served all kinds of soft and alcoholic drinks and kebabs next year.

A large outdoor pool, although a bit chilly, is nice. An indoor swimming pool is also available.

A beautiful large hotel. All the staff were courteous but not very friendly. It is either a cultural difference or a barrier of the language. The "locals" (Bulgarian/Russian) were very much at home and thoroughly enjoying themselves, particularly the youngsters. The buffet style food is very much the norm for such hotels - canteen food - well cooked and plentiful. The Italian restaurant pizza is excellent!

Very nice hotel. Lived with breakfast, and everything is OK. Daily evening entertainment program. The child is also pretty happy and happy from the pools. The view from the balcony is super.

I am very pleased with the service of the Hotel and the entire organization during the pandemic. Clean hotel, spacious rooms, cleaned daily with linen and towels changed. The food is delicious, varied so that everyone will find their favorite dishes (a small disadvantage that you can eat until 21:00, then only drinks in all forms until 00:00) (this is a difficulty when traveling with young children). The facility is located near the promenade, which allows you to walk and burn kcal in the evenings, I recommend it with a clear conscience.

Last year we were there for one week. The hotel, swimming pool and food was very good.

We were an extra hotel in 2015 but unfortunately it was very unhappy now

Place, climate a revelation. Jedzonko as diverse as possible, you can find something for yourself. Service very helpful, nice. In hunger, thirst cannot go out of this world, unless from an excess of%. Rooms clean, but the tooth of time leaves its mark. If you are looking for an answer or is it worth it, I will answer like my children: "we will miss you".

Cool place, but the water in the outdoor pool is too cold for children up to 2-3 years old. Besides, everything is great.

It's about 4 stars. It does not offer a robe and slippers and the bathroom consumables were insufficient and incomplete. Very good food but it was a bit long.

Large room (deluxe), free safe.
Many places for breakfast and lunch, but varied assortment in the main restaurant.
Parking is paid separately, if you are lucky, you get a seat in the underground car park.
Cars parked irregularly (it takes less than 40 seconds to lift a car).

So we booked due to the recommendation of our travel agency and the good rating. To be honest, it has nothing to do with a 5 star hotel. With 700 rooms it is a mass processing. This may be normal in all inclusive hotels, but here it is very over the top. The rooms are spacious and good. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean. In the bathroom are only a few small things to do.
Drinks are in a 5 star hotel outside only plastic cups and taste they are not the hit.
Now for dinner with 200-400 people. The buffet always looks full. As no worries. Also the live cooking looks appealing. Only taste goes much not at all. Often much too cold food, scrambled eggs partly not through and taste is missing in most things. Only a few are good. Overall, disappointing.

Hotel clean and friendly, service very nice, food exquisite.

This is advertised as a 5*, definitely not... 4* food at best. Rooms were nice but tired, beds sank in the middle. Shower/bathroom needs updating. Unusually for a "5*" hotel nothing is done for you, you have to seek out help, no table service. The area is not as good as Albena. Pre booked on site Italian restaurant and was presented with the same food as in the main restaurant/snack bar. Middle of September end of season (my backside) half of the shops were closed before we arrived. On the plus side, plenty of space around the pool, the spa were very professional, WiFi was very strong across the whole hotel except when it rained it just seemed to go to sleep. The beach was tiny due to other hotels having private areas on beaches so walking along was impossible due to people trying to sunbathe in the space that was left.

Nevertheless, the rooms are only superficially cleaned (hair everywhere, not from us and underwear from the previous guest). In addition, there is no forced ventilation in the bathroom because there is no window. The electrical installation in the room and in the hotel complex is sometimes life-threatening, as there are more and more open terminal points in bathrooms and outdoor facilities that are easy to reach by children and laypeople. The rooms are big and spacious. We had a room on the side of the entrance area (view of the construction site). The hotel next door had loud music playing into the evenings.
The pool music in our hotel was neither audible nor good.
The entertainment was rather child-friendly, it was hardly appealing to adults. In addition, the evening entertainment.
The food was missing spices and you could tell that it was a mass production. The alcoholic drinks (cocktails) were hardly alcoholic.
The spa is nicely decorated but you don't get the treatment you want.
On the whole it is a nice family hotel that by no means corresponds to the German standard.

Management of the hotel - the hotel is a serious threat to the guests. In my balcony (room 4062) two of the concret blocks in the balustrade are wobbly and may fall out. Watch out. if it does it may kill someone walking in the garden, and it's dangerous for small kids on the balcony as they may fall out. During the last day of our stay some cornice tile fell off. Luckily no one was below. Please check it out as it seems very neglected.

A dream space, but also "dream" prices. Order the ticket in January for June 15, and you'll see that it's worth it.

We were before the pandemic. The facility provides a comfortable, safe and pleasant stay. It's hard to fault something. Service at a good level. Affordable prices. However, going outside the hotels will make a completely different impression. This is Poland from the previous century. Bulgarians live in a strange, incomprehensible reality. They earn little, while everyone expects tips, like in Egypt. They would like the state to cover the cost of housing, water supply (??) A strange system.

Avoid this hotel. The food is very bad, the staff is rigid. Think three times before taking your vacation in Bulgaria.

Nice hotel. I think one of the best in the area. Rooms are the same as in the pictures. Close to the beach. Cheating good. But after four days monotonous. Super animators. We were in September so there was no such crowd. There was no waiting.

Although I was there in 2017 I have the best memories with it, I recommend this hotel a lot of Poles good food and beautiful pools I recommend

A beautiful place, high standard, beautiful rooms, fantastic location, very good service and lots of attractions.

Great hotel for families with children. Everything was really great: accommodation, food, entertainment, other services. Maybe it is only a pity that there is no beach at the hotel by the sea (after the pedestrian promenade and the bar, you get into a paid area, where you can not get a whip, so you have to walk a little sideways). One minus - the evening events in the scene where going MiniDisc children and evening program for adults, not only messy "type seat, keep the scene walking people (because there goes the trail for those who are in wheelchairs, etc.), but also uncomfortable, perhaps treatment plants , the smell of sludge, which somewhat spoiled the presence there in the evening watching the program.
