Melia Grand Hermitage Review

We are currently in the hotel with 6 people and are very dissatisfied: the entire offer has apparently been drastically reduced due to Corona.
Not 5 stars, but max. 3 star ratios!
Only getting half of it. Little staff, little choice of food, little entertainment, rooms are not cleaned properly every day. Minibar or no hot drinks to cook yourself ...
But still paid like all inclusive!
We are disappointed!...

This hotel from the style - "expensive-rich" "royally", but I do not like this at all. No sense of modern style. But it is an amateur, of course. A high standard hotel, but I will not come again

Luxurious experience, with associated service. The food is nothing to shout for, but it is generally in Bulgaria.

We were there as a family. With two children. The hotel is very nice, eat delicious and above all ample. Certainly one of the most beautiful hotels on the Golden Sands.

What we did not like so much that at night it was very noisy in the neighborhood; Barking dogs, the room cleaning was not accurate, the toilet would not be cleaned once and no toilet paper would ever forget. What a pity that the communication worked only in English, not German.

Otherwise we liked it a lot in the hotel. The decor is old but has its charm.

The coolest hotel in all of Golden Sands - especially the Level option.

Beautiful, close to the beach. Many activities. Lots of food, big and clean rooms. Extremely friendly stuff

Hopelessly, we arrived at 6 am and wait at the lobby for 9 hours for a room without drinking without the bandages and food

The hotel is nice. My only problem was that I found the mattress too hard and old. They definitely need to replace.

The hotel is very nice. At first the staff was very cautious and didn't even say hello. That was probably because it was new. In the evenings there was typically Bulgarian and sometimes Italian food. It is rich and always refilled immediately. Drinks such as lemonades, wine, beer and coffee drinks can be taken in the restaurant and in many places outside.
Our room was very large and so was the bathroom. Each room has a balcony. Unfortunately, our room (economy room) was directly above the driveway, so we saw the roof.
In the room there is a safe and a small fridge.
A few German TV channels, including Kika, can be received.
There are 3 great slides and you can get to the beach directly from the hotel grounds.
There are loungers by the pools, bars and on the terrace.

Lovely family hotel, many activities for children, and nice pool area, not suitable for disabled people. Lovely rooms with 1 large balcony with drying rack.

Hotel Melia Grand Hermitage is a very good and very large hotel, we were there this year for the second time so when you go back it's about being happy .

Acceptable, good food, clean rooms, very pleasant and friendly staff, but not worth the 5 stars, lack of tables and beach, lack of drinks in the rooms, when going out on the beach after 16 ', the bar closes, no soups at meal, only one course a day, and not everyone eats the same kind of soup, changing some dishes during the meal, after eating you realize that they brought something else, functional slides only until noon and then in the afternoon they invited you to sleep, and many other small problems.

Disappointed!
At the front desk I asked for a specific room but they charge me extra for superior one. I think they need to sell more postCOVID or they prefer not to listen.
I tried very hard to shut down room-parties in two different days but the reception are not interested to help (I understand to party to 1 a.m but not to 6 o clock in the morning) - money talk at this hotel.
With a kid asleep at 4 a.m I don t have to listen drunken people shouting or listen loud music until morning.
Food is good, diverse.
Personal beach is a plus.
Cleaning personel and kitchen personel also a plus.
We wll not come back at this hotel.

Again you don't understand. I didn't made the reservation. I asked for the room at the arrival.
I didn't ask for that extra room. That room was given to me after I asked for different room because that was the policy as I was told. Also I didn't ask for extra bed. In the same room configuration stayed 4 people at the different hotel level. Last but not least, my travel agency confirm my suspicions when I asked about that problem.
Party goers continue to rise until they check-out. After the staff visit they continue to party. Also with support from the next wing balcony colleagues.

We have just arrived, but at first glance it seems that everything is superlative. The rooms are great, extraordinarily large, luxurious and with two fabulous beds!

Well the second time here and the level category booked, you pay more and get more.
Extra restaurant, extra pool, extra bar, everything just as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Who wants 5 *, must pay 5 *, the "normal" category is not bad either, but you just have to fight for the beach chairs from 8 clock . The price without level is quite cheap, so do not complain

A good concept, because everyone has the choice to decide. I'll definitely come for a third time.

Clean, great pool, great rooms and waterslides for the kids.

Very nice facility, courteous staff, great rooms and delicious food.
Located near the beach, but still quiet - a bit away from the hustle and bustle.
We were there in mid-May. For us the ideal travel time. Already pleasantly warm but not yet overcrowded.
With small children you should fly a little later (from the beginning of June). Many children's attractions - carousels, water play parks ... were still closed.

An excellent hotel two minutes from the sea and the food promenade is problematic
