Very spacious room. Between 70 and 80 m2 in level program. Very well for me. Very large bathroom.
Too bad the toilet is in the bathroom.
Very large hotel so do not come here if you are looking for peace and family environment. There is always movement.

Many nationalities rub shoulders there. Impossible to forge links given the size of the establishment. But this is often the case in hotels of this size.
Without the level program we would have been disappointed.
The level allows for improved service, a dedicated restaurant that is quieter than the main restaurant which offers the same food and is very noisy, a quiet swimming pool and a larger room. Finally the access to the samon of the 8th, a pity because it closes at 5 pm. It could have been a cozy place in the evening.
The catering was for me more than satisfactory and varied dishes.

Yes, the hotel nice spacious rooms were cleaned every day I was in it already 4 times and probably the last. It is the largest facility that has been awarded 5 stars but thanks to our program 500+ the hotel turned into a holiday home with a mass of small children in wheelchairs. How do I remember so many tiny children have never been here. Of course, like every Pole thinks that it is the most important because thanks to 500+ managed to leave the whole family and now the service is for nothing, stands at the bar and orders drinks while drinking as much as possible.Bo how different, since the hotel bought the ALL version. Scandalous behavior of parents and children who do not have a label how to behave in a restaurant, as befits a 5 * hotel, children run to pour different drinks from vending machines because they think it's fun, and then leave filled glasses. An additional lack of culture is carrying fruit or cakes. The time reminds me of the times of communism where such practices were widespread in holiday homes. An additional downside of our compatriots is parading with a naked torso after the reception or attempting to enter in the briefs for a meal. Well, dear countrymen for 500+ will go on vacation, but you will not buy for this amount of culture. I met nice people here from France or the Netherlands and unanimously stated that they would not come here more and agree with them here.

The rooms are really 5 stars as wearing this hotel, but the staff is also 3 meals with indulgence (I think not even in the social canteen is so bad).

It is safe to recommend, tiny ones that can be experienced. Generally good food, different types of cakes and daily cakes, various sodas and juices in abundance, many fruits, unfortunately, sometimes overturned. Generally clean and pleasant.

Great hotel - maybe the best in Golden Sands. Every day animations for children. Time makes the evening show pleasant. Breakfast, lunch and supper sensational. Eating a lot. Rooms spacious, neat and cleaned every day. Lots of pools. Many bars such as German with pretzels and frankfurters and Italian with pizza. I recommend it to everyone!

It is a superb hotel, large clean rooms. The food is very good and diversified and the staff very helpful.

The hotel is impressive - it is huge, beautifully located, clean and tidy. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, you can get along in many languages. Animators effectively make the time spent in the hotel more pleasant, neither adults nor children can get bored. The food is fantastic - every day is something different, equally delicious, and the choice is huge! Generally, if someone does not have the urgent need to leave the hotel - it does not actually have to do it, here is everything;)
Minus only for the fact that during the trip we were ill - the day was taken out of life, because you had to have a bathroom close, but the plus was that there is also a charming doctor on the spot. Our suspicions as to the source of infection fall on the slide - in the area feel a cesspool, but this is only suspicion.
In general, the hotel is the most recommendable, we will return there with high probability;)

Beautiful construction and great pity that is led by incompetent staff to provide 5-star service. Perhaps a system in which to pay 75% of the price on reservation and the rest depending on the quality of the products and services offered would lead to an improvement. Same as the 75% wages rest on the satisfaction questionnaires. Parking with 20 leva / day is more expensive than accommodation in a 2-star hotel double room.

A great hotel even write that exclusive. A lot of animation for children, close to the beach. There is nothing to attach to. However, they have two types of All inclusive, for Poles and for Germans, separate deck chairs and a restaurant

We were on vacation in June, the hotel definitely deserves 5 stars. Rooms clean, bathrooms cleaned every day, towels clean and fresh everyday. Food very good, everyone can choose something for themselves, clean dining room. Huge hotel, animations for children, various games and activities during the day, aerobics, rope park, slides all within easy reach. Service nice, helpful and always smiling, they never ignored us when we asked something. The promenade and the beach pass through the park. We are very pleased with the hotel, we can not say a bad word despite the fact that some bad opinions have been heard but we have feelings for the 6th We recommend and will certainly be back.

Perfect hotel, with a big great pool, another one inside, very nice and friendly staff, organized and clean room, and the restaurant is big and nice, very organized with a buffet with a big selection of food, and the food is very tasty. The location of the hotel is very close to all of the attractions which include some shops, a Ferris wheel with some other attractions, and is very close to the beach. The hotel also has shows in the evening, and they are very interesting. I really suggest going there, you'll have a fun time.

Surely in Bulgaria there are cheaper and better hotels.

All well just it did not have 5 stars for us, some hotels in turkey with 4 stars offer more. Not much for children under 4 years and cleanliness in hotel well so, once the sheets changed. All OK it is overrated!

It's hard for a sun lounger by the pool and otherwise great.

From what I have seen probably the best location to stay at Golden Sands. Very close to the beach and promenade, but far enough from the actual party hotspots so they won't bother your sleep. The rooms were nice and clean, with some minor stains in the bathroom. Food all day, and there's something tasty in every Buffett, but lots of options tend to be very far, and sometimes cold. The pool area is nice. That whole thing about becoming a "level" guest kind of bothered me though, but I can't talk about the "level" areas.

Slowly and surely became Romanian resort... this Easter, for example wifi didn t worked. And the restaurants... became more and more romanian.

The hotel is very large, the rooms are spacious, bright, clean, the bathroom is decent, the location and size of the rooms are 5, but the meals are a kind of misunderstanding, as if everything is tasteless, nothing is spiced up. Meals are lukewarm at best, fried eggs for breakfast or an omelette are cold because everything is prepared in bulk and it cools down. The cooks do not know what they are serving and they have wrong descriptions of the products, the most poultry and pork, the wine available from the barrel is self-poured and of such poor quality that in the country that produces wine, someone should probably burn out of shame. There were also tasty meats like roast beef, duck, lamb, good roasted vegetables. The al dente restaurant is just a misunderstanding, only the prawns and bread were tasty, the rest was not edible. Lots of families with young children, which makes you feel like you are in a kindergarten ... for adults traveling together, there is nothing there ...

Great room good bedding but very large complex with factory restaurants. Medium cuisine. Nevertheless remains in a good quality-price ratio

It's about 4 stars. It does not offer a robe and slippers and the bathroom consumables were insufficient and incomplete. Very good food but it was a bit long.

We were at the Level section of the hotel. Own pool area and own eating places with good variety and lots of variety. Water slides and climbing park which was for hotel guests. A child friendly hotel

It was good but the staff were rude and looked liked they hated their lives dinner was good but most of the time I ended up eating a plate of chips the German restaurant was disappointing although the Italian restaurant was good trying to get a sunbed was very hard especially when you go with a big family the pizza bar was good but I needed more options of pizza there were fun tasks fofor grownups and small children but 11 10 13
S were not able to join in with anything the pool was nice but freezing the slides were fun but damaged my ankle the enclusive bar was good and acssesible good acsses to the beach although the beach was rocky and unpleasant the entertainment was good some nights but there entertainment crew was poor and repeated everything nothing new. I would not go again but overall I had a good time .

Dirty, dirty, dirty and very tired decor. We've not had our glasses changed in the room for 5 days! And they were dirty. One of, if not the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Defo not a 5 star one. Cleaning service is a joke. Waiters and bartenders inattentive and have no knowledge of how to make drinks. They aren't friendly either. Nobody from the staff says hello to you which I find quite rude, they actually turn their heads away. I'm very very disappointed

A hotel that I recommend, the rooms are quite spacious and the bedding very comfortable. The main restaurant offers very good dishes especially meat is recommended! In high season the all-in is very advantageous because in addition to drinks and 3 meals planned in the main restaurant, there are in addition panini, pizza, paella, a corner with German specialties and a small ice truck, all this is included in the all-in formula. The outdoor pool is reasonable as well as the indoor one. For those who want to talk, there is a fairly good gym. The hotel is located on a boardwalk with lots of small souvenir shops, a cocktail bar and restaurants. The center of Varna is 30 minutes by bus (the 409 for 1.5 ) whose stop is 15 minutes walk from the hotel. In short, this hotel is recommended to rest and enjoy the weather!

Large room, friendly staff, pretty ok food, but does not live up to the demands of a 5 star hotel. An all inclusive Romanian rather than Bulgarian.
In the room, I received only one bottle of water and that on the first day of accommodation.
A very annoying thing for me, was the fact that the hotel allows the "reservation" of sunbeds both at the pool and on the hotel beach, so that at 9 o'clock you could not find a free sunbed.

Pleasant stay, clean hotel, spacious family room, generally pleasant staff and easy access to the sea. Internet access is very significant.

However, the food is either too fatty or too sweet; unripe fruit. Information in French is lacking.

Lovely hotel, clean, bedrooms are beautiful the beds are amazing, as we went towards the end of the season a few outdoor activities were closed which was disappointing also the food choices were a bit repetative, beautiful indoor pool, I would recommend this hotel

fantastic hotel.spotless and staff were so friendly. food was amazing and the pizza and paninis at the pool were so delicious. also all different flavours of ice cream cones all included in all inclusive.will definitely be back x

We were a week, 4 families with children of different ages. We loved it very much.
There is a large open pool, but no sun beds ...
There is a large enclosed pool with a Jacuzzi at the entrance (Jacuzzi Lite). Not a big gym but no load. Open from 8 to 20
There are 3 slides (oboe and regular) and a facility with ropes
There are steps to the sea. (Government beach) Free sea, sunbed, parasols for a fee (10 lev) each.
Yam completely turned something mediocre between Ashkelon and Eilat.
Hotel staff just fine, no harassment or disturbance at all. The hotel is all inclusive (they also have something called Level, more upgraded). We felt no need to upgrade.

Everything is normal. But if you choose to stay in this hotel it is definitely just a LEVEL package. The food is very good. The internet is normal. Rooms are normal.
