Nice location, very environmentally friendly (drinks made from paper cups and paper straws). Nice personel.
Nevertheless, the rooms are only superficially cleaned (hair everywhere, not from us and underwear from the previous guest). In addition, there is no forced ventilation in the bathroom because there is no window. The electrical installation in the room and in the hotel complex is sometimes life-threatening, as there are more and more open terminal points in bathrooms and outdoor facilities that are easy to reach by children and laypeople. The rooms are big and spacious. We had a room on the side of the entrance area (view of the construction site). The hotel next door had loud music playing into the evenings.
The pool music in our hotel was neither audible nor good.
The entertainment was rather child-friendly, it was hardly appealing to adults. In addition, the evening entertainment.
The food was missing spices and you could tell that it was a mass production. The alcoholic drinks (cocktails) were hardly alcoholic.
The spa is nicely decorated but you don't get the treatment you want.
On the whole it is a nice family hotel that by no means corresponds to the German standard.
