I would give you the five stars if it were not for your bar service. We are in a convention and we are supposed to be prepared to welcome a considerable number of people in the bar-restaurant, we have sat down at 14 HRS to eat and they have brought us the food at 1551 HRS, that meant we had to gobble up the food and run off to the convention courses.
The attention on the part of the person who attended us has not been very good, has put up with everything, even to pay by card and at the time of asking for the ticket, he told the girl in the box saying that the client who was at his side I was in a hurry to leave ...
Note: we were also in a hurry, in fact we were late for the courses.

I attended the Fantastic Film Festival of Sitges and the Hotel was a success.
swimming pool ok breakfast ok but otherwise there is nothing to do: no service at the pool no music no entertainment or evening program.
The deal has been very justito and customer services leave much to be desired. A lot of facade and little quality attention.
I stayed at the hotel for the last 3 days in the context of a medical congress. The hotel in general very good. However, among the guests there were several if not hundreds of Spanish Civil Guard policemen. As guests, they already occupied several spaces, but the problem is the forms and their behavior within the hotel's public spaces. <br/> First of all one day at night they were in the hotel bar (making quite a lot of noise, in a degree of intoxication and until late at night) where every time we passed they said something to the women such as ^ see keep us company ^, hisses and lots of demeaning comments towards women. So much so that we decided not to have dinner at the hotel restaurant due to the inconvenience and discomfort they caused us. <br/> Likewise, and even more seriously, some of them appeared in the dining room in uniform and ARMED, even leaving the weapon on the tables or chairs. This fact that I do not know to what extent it is legal, I consider it uncomfortable and outrageous for the rest of the guests who are not used to this type of show. I should also add that since there are not many tables, when they saw us to our minds alone some would say: ^ pretty come here, come pretty, sit with us ^. <br/> Here the problem is that the hotel can accommodate whoever it wants, but It must ensure an adequate coexistence among guests and above all maintain a comfortable, safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Festival of Sitges. Surely one of the few festivals where you can get to have a coffee next to Tarantino or Alaska.
Very nice hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. Not in city center but a nice walk. Rooms modern and clean.
How this is a four star hotel I don't know, it has to be the noisiest non relaxing hotel I've ever stayed in!
Everyday you have kids screaming and shouting running up and down the corridors till gone past 12 midnight, doors slamming constantly and the sound of hotels sewage line in the bathroom is also very off putting.
(As a side note this hotel had multiple noise complaints whilst I was staying, previous Melia guests that we spoke to also said the same thing)
To top it off one of the nights management decided to plan building of a Pickett fence across the entire pool area at 3 AM in the poxi morning!
The banging and hammering continued untill just before breakfast.
Of which I was absolutely exhausted for the rest of that day, which when you work full time and spend a lot of money on your holiday everyday counts.
I took this complaint to the hotels quality manager and to be honest she didn't show any concern about the hotels noise problems.
She then carried on to say this is out of her control also it's a family Hotel and this is what I should expect, which I was quite confused about because I haven't been to any hotels where they allow children to scream and run around gone 12 at night.
As for the building works at 3am by the seems of things nothing will be done to compensate for this either.
As for the rooms they are very clean and the cleaners do a very good job.
But they are very dated and in desperate need of a refurb.
My particular rooms had uncovered bare wires sticking out of the wall, a wardrobe that the doors had come off the runners and the bathroom vent cover that fell directly from the ceiling on to your head.
Only thing that was very good are the general staff.
I would highly praise them as they all go above and beyond their duties.
The catering and bar staff, the cleaners are very good and hard working it's just a shame about the rest of the hotel.
My summary of this hotel is that it's in desperate need of some policies to protect the rest of guests to guarantee everyone a relaxing stay.
As it's a hotel not a zoo.
The very little policies they do have do get enforce i.e no reserving sun beds, only to get up in the morning to a sea of towels and no people.
I for one will never stay in a Melia hotel again not after this stay at Melia zoo.

We went to spend the weekend and we found that it was occupied by mostly police, with very rude and arrogant Aires before normal users. Pity for his permissiveness before the invasion of police
A room for meetings and activities of a very large and well-equipped company.
It is always available for those who go to the Sitges Fantastic Film Festival. Uncleaned toilets despite the number of people passing by. And the great Auditorium.
Since 2011 is my favourite hotel in Sitges, every year I spend at least a week in this beautiful place

It is "admirable" that a hotel located in Sitges has the web in languages such as Russian, Portuguese (!), Chinese (!!), Bahasa (!!!!) ... but not in Catalan. This evidences two things:
1. Let Catalan speakers care about them.
2. That your business policy is VERY POC INTELLIGENT, as well as other things.

It is far from the center of Sitges but it is very beautiful, already known as the center of the Sitges film festival. Although a bit slow, the service is friendly and the facilities are nice.

Great Conference and Business Hotel with very good Kirchen!
It's been the first time I've been to this hotel, so it was the same at that time. The room smelled a lot of closed and damp. Valuing the stay in general, would not repeat.
Excellent Hotel, exquisite service, very attentive staff.
And to celebrate an event, it is ideal catering and the space available.

Fantastic Hotel, very well located, very friendly staff, everything in perfect state of review, clean, tidy and pleasant.
The restaurants, both the buffet and the Saffron, very good all, good value for money, in the pool snack some spectacular cocktails.
The spacious and comfortable room, the perfect bathroom, is one of the few hotels I've stayed in that the bathroom is modern, updated, well finished and with water pressure.
It has a large parking, Spa, Gym and Convention Center.
In summary, a good hotel to spend a few days in Sitges, I recommend it without hesitation.

A very nice and comfortable room. Very good deal Every day a boy went by in case we needed a towel and he gave us a chocolate bar per person. Welcome water for people and sweets !!!
Large hotel with impressive conference capabilities including large stage area. Food ok, about par with a large hotel. Great location 5 min walk from Sitges marina.
I know more about the auditorium of the melia, a huge room, with a large screen and great amenities, I only go for the sitges festival but it is the most comfortable street compared to the others, it is the most recommended to enjoy the festival and if you take seats Better numbered even so you save yourself queuing to get a good spot.
It does not have food sales and it only has a drink machine right at the exit.
Comfortable hotel not far from the sea, about 20 minutes walk from the center and the main beach. Avoid July August: Too many people.

A hotel where the occupation forces of the State are housed. I'm sure I will not put my feet or never recommend this hotel.
I do not want to be an accomplice of the repression of the Spanish State in Catalonia, hence my complaint that this hotel accommodates the repressors of the State.

Much more than we could expect, 100% recommended.
Our experience has been unbeatable and the stay unbeatable from beginning to end. The hotel is great, good facilities, a variety of activities for both children and adults, (aquadance, children's workshops, pilates, spinning, ...). The rooms very well equipped, beautiful and clean and above all, and what more importance my partner and I give, the silence, to be able to sleep without noise, this has been the best, the rest. The super comfortable beds, 10. Something that has caught our attention precisely in the entire hotel is that even being almost 100% occupied, it is not at all boisterous. We were very clear about what we were looking for, we wanted tranquility, far from the agglomeration that is usually found in many other hotels in the month of August, and I must say that this hotel has far exceeded our expectations. I would also like to point out that a good hotel would be nothing without a good team to run it and especially that great staff that works in it and always has a gesture of kindness and a smile for the client. We were very surprised by the attention of the staff from the friendly receptionists, to the extremely attentive waiters, room cleaning service, who even folded their pajamas every day, absolutely incredible. Also the super hardworking amaquero, even the lifeguard of the pool, a nice sea boy. To all of them we want to say THANKS FOR EVERYTHING. Because thanks to them we have relokajado, fun, we have enjoyed a unique and magnificent. Because if we had to give a note from 0 to 10, we would all give them a 20! And because thanks to you we will RETURN SAFE !!
