4 star hotel with a location close to the beach and the harbor, perhaps a little away from the center and the walking area. The rooms are large and spacious. The bed is super comfortable. Both breakfast and lunch are exquisite and buffet style. You have to choose infinity of dishes to which more succulent. The pool and terrace are very nice. The staff is exquisite in the deal and is always at your service.

This great, it has so much carpet but it's fine.
It needs a remodel.

Large complex rather well placed. Beware, however, we hear too much noise from the hallway in the rooms.

I have been to the Sitges Film Festival and the auditorium seemed fantastic

I went to the Melia Sitges for an event. Spacious place, friendly staff, recommended

4 stars more than deserved, high level catering with Mediterranean / international buffet .. I didn't get to sleep but the rooms are really good. Elegant lobby with glass elevators and totally huge meeting rooms searchable via touchscreen TV.

This hotel is near the marina. It has a huge auditorium and many meeting rooms. I was not hosted, so I can not comment on the rooms. The restaurant area next to the pool is a very nice area, the waiters are very attentive.

I attended the fantastic film festival. Crowd of spaces and rooms. Maybe something confuses their locations, but it gives a place with so many meeting spaces and an audience of those dimensions.

Good hotel, nice location, tasty breakfast. High quality of housekeeping. One woman as a reseptionist, she speaks Russian, and every time helped for us! thanks so much! Only one negative moment was withs another reseptionists, they called me, said that I have to come to reseption, and started asking information about my paiment, they said that I must show them credit card, and passport. But it's just interesting for me, if they've already taken my money, and they had information of my passport and of my card, what for should I report? It was like more a report, they didn't speak polite.. (I said I've already paid , he answeared -sort of - so what?) - this conversation was negative!
But hotel is very good, I'm objective, and I know that someone from staff doesn't care of service, as a director or manager.

I went to have a drink at the bar, the attention is impeccable, I love it.

The hotel is good overall, spacious room with balcony and sea view. The pool is not very big for what the hotel is, but in terms of the number of sunbeds it is fine, and adapted to the restrictions by Covid. The worst thing is the experience that they will call my attention in the pool for doing topless, because I had not realized that it was forbidden for women, in a hotel that belongs to an international chain, in Sitges, an open municipality in terms of mentality and sexuality is concerned, in the XXI century. I went to reception to request the complaint form against discrimination against women's freedom that this absurd prohibition supposes, but Raquel, the hotel manager in Customer Service, excused herself and kindly explained that this rule would be removed from the prohibition poster at the end of the summer season, and that he could obviously go topless in the pool if he wanted to. Other weak points that I found were the endless queues at reception, always very slow. And I was also struck by how poor the cleaning of the room was: the floor of the room and the terrace were not swept in the 4 days we stayed, we had problems with changing towels, one day they forgot the receipt of the laundry in our room, another took the "do not disturb" sign and another took the card from our room that we had left in the contact for electricity. In addition, one of the chairs on the terrace was broken, and a marble tile or whatever material, in the bathroom under the sink, was somewhat loose, with the risk of falling. Finally, the location is good, somewhat away from the center of Sitges, but with several beaches nearby, and free parking in the surrounding streets.

Spectacular EVERYTHING in the hotel, the spaciousness of its ceilings, the spaciousness of its common areas, the beauty of its modern furniture, the location, the super comfortable and clean and large rooms, the very attentive staff, the varied breakfasts, the pool with ideal temperature and good cleaning control, you take your temperature when entering and you have alcohol gel in many areas

Great shower rooms with rainfall showers. Cool glass lifts. Friendly staff. Heating didn't work though. Nice bar serving small bottles of Cava if you fancy a glass in the evening. Stayed for a conference. Conference packed lunch no good, but buffet nice!

We stayed for a weekend, and the truth is that we left super delighted! the spectacular service, everything super clean and the exquisite treatment. We will be back without a doubt.

Very nice hotels, air conditioning, spacious and clean rooms. Mini bar. Balcony with table and chairs. The bathroom has a large shower and a bidet and toilet. The hotel has an outdoor pool. This is the perfect place for corporate seminars and hosting large groups of people. There are conference rooms and ballrooms. Located very close to the port of Sitges. The beach is not far and within walking distance.

Fabulous Hotel located in Sitges, I highly recommend the cafeteria; the service is remarkable.

Good hotel with parking and 24h reception. Breakfast is excellent with a variety of bread, cold and hot dishes. Our junior suite was on the small size and the living room is so tiny that the next time we will probably opt for a normal room. Spacious balcony. standard amenities for this type of hotel. Bed to hard for my taste (very personal) so I am giving 7/10 compared to a Westin bed.

We were in the Level VIP section of hotel. Excellent service and amenities. All-day buffet to keep hunger and thirst at bay. A champagne breakfast to start the day on the right foot.

The sand paper of the wc is very improvable, if there was a glass ceramic very recommendable to clean it.

I was only for a congress. I did not stay. The place is very nice, quiet and cozy. The assembly hall, unbeatable. It is huge and has what it has to have, at a high level. The staff, very discreet and attentive. Go with the smile ahead. What I liked the least is the lunch buffet: expensive, little variety and questionable quality.

The ideal hotel, if you have to spend a few days of relaxation, near the beach.

The hotel is very nice, clean and located, it is far from the center where there can be more car drivers and people.
The food a bit limited, I guess it also has to do with the fact that when I went the hotel was almost empty.
