Perfect as the venue of the Film Festival. A very friendly staff.

Comfortable rooms

Large impersonal hotel with a spacious bedroom. 1.5 km from the heart of the city center. Unfortunately the staff were not always very nice. One person spoke to us in French and was quite rude and unhelpful. The room was large and very clean. No water bottles were offered. However there were really nice beauty products in the bathroom. We had to ask for a taxi every time we went out, which was quite annoying. For 160 a night in the 3rd week of August, we could have found something more central and more reasonable.

Very good quality / price with very good professionals at the helm

Luxurious hotel with big and well furnished rooms. My room had a great view of the Mediterranean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had a big shower. The restaurant at the hotel has a very nice menu and the waiting staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is very elaborate. My stay was just one night so did not have the chance to go down to the city but it's just a short walk away from the hotel. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Good hotel comfort basic bed clean room no hot drink machine in the room, mini bar paying small balcony shower shampoo shower gel moisturizing milk. Very quiet well equipped gym with spacious and clean swimming pool. 15 minute walk to Sidges center. Breakfast not great.

Good deal, good rooms, pool always with a place.

Very good to have the Rituals line in the rooms.
The only bad thing is that the standard rooms have carpet. And no bathtub. And without the views of the ad to the beach (because they are of a superior category)

We have had a very good stay. Even so, you can see the wear in the hotel, 10 years ago it sure looked much more.

We have been given a room with a sea view (we had booked one with a city view), so we are very grateful. The correct and very spacious room, the clean and beautiful bathroom.

To highlight the customer service at reception, very friendly (although this aspect extends to all staff; breakfast, cleaning, etc). When checking out there has been a small congestion of customers that the staff has resolved quickly - they have offered us juice, a detail that is appreciated -.

We would recommend it.

Food great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Everything withing a 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel. Plenty of eating places and pubs.

Great sea and pool view from the room. Staff is very friendly. Conference rooms are very clean, although they miss power plugs for the laptops of the participants.

Good quality four star hotel. Comfortable and large room with sea views. Excellent conference facilities and wonderful location in the off season. Slight smell from toilet and some aging fittings resulted in a star dropped but overall very good.

Attended a Movie Marathon projection for the Sitges Film Festival in the Melia's auditorium. AC was not on during some of the films and it was quite hot (room was really crowded)

Melia standard, not very badly treated. There are rooms and rooms, if you want something to enjoy the view to pay a surcharge, in my opinion excessive. The good quality buffet, but many groups from all places, is an alternative to Barcelona, so if you are going to be quiet better on the weekend. The restaurant for dinner is a nightmare, expensive, the waiters do what they can with a very slow cooking service.

The hotel is very good. It is very spacious and very good quality everything, both the service and the rooms. It also has a pool that is worth visiting and take a dip if the weather allows it. Highly recommended

Nice, big, classy, extensive breakfast buffet, 15 minutes walk to the old center. 100 steps to the marina.

I paid for a parking service and when the car was in the parked car park, they destroyed my side of the car and the hotel cleaned its hands and did not want to be responsible for anything and even made me pay the money that the parking cost seeing them in first person what had happened. Unfortunately service, I do not recommend anything. And do not park the car in its parking lot or you will find it destroyed.

Fantastic hotel For me the best and most traditional of Sitges. The bed is the most comfortable where I have slept. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is good although somewhat expensive for what it is. We had a magnificent stay. A 9.99 out of 10.

Nice place. Awesome breakfast buffet. Parking much too expensive, but fortunately slots available in the neighbourhood.

Good location for professional events at the Sitges Festival. Friendly staff The only thing is that the location is not very central or accessible.

About 70 partner and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights due to a convention. We were able to enjoy its facilities such as meeting rooms, banquets and the different spaces offered. The service and attention provided by the staff is excellent. However, the dinner that was served for the more than 80 guests was either average or could be said for improvement.

In general, the hotel offers very varied and good breakfasts and meals. Recommended.

The location is a bit far from the center, in the port area, but it's a fifteen minute walk. The hotel has good facilities, modern and well-kept. The breakfast and the food in general is excellent. Of the best that there is for Sitges.

Facilities not so well maintained, breakfast is quite varied!

We were having a few servings at the bar. Honestly, very badly attended by the waiters and the manager very badly educated. The very expensive price for the quantity and quality they offer. I live in Sitges and this establishment has gotten a lot worse in recent months.

Very good, as always. Spacious and clean, a very good to rest.

Magnificent hotel, no complaints from the staff, but always with a smile on the lips, especially the Sergi room cook, we treated ourselves to 10. The well-kept facilities and details with taste. To say the least, sometimes the buffet dishes were not clean at all and the overall prices for the drinks are quite high. The advantage in the buffet of the fruit in particular did not seem opportune in more than one occasion was almost passed. One thing that we liked a lot is the peace that there is in the pool even though there are children bathing. Despite the negative things that we saw that are improvable I would definitely recommend it and would go back without hesitation.

Went there for the Sitges Festival. Top facilities.

Great hotel, good for business activities and private trips. Close to habour with many bars and restaurants. Big rooms, great breakfast, nice staff. Try to come back and book room 481. Large with nice view.

Spectacular hotel in a privileged place. The rooms are spacious and all have a small furnished terrace that in our case was overlooking the sea. The very rich dinner and the very full buffet breakfast and the attention and service of the hotel will be 10. We will be back!

I have been several years to the film festival that is here and always perfect

Comfortable room. Beautiful pool. The least: quite eccentric 1.5 km from the center. Sometimes difficult to get a taxi. Reception staff not always friendly. No kettle in the room. We can surely have better in the center of Sitges for this price (160 / night without breakfast)
