The location is convenient and the hotel is luxurious but it is a bit expensive

Worst service at their restaurant. No staff to attend to or even say hello. Definitely not a Crowne Plaza I am used to.

Hotel is new and clean. Food selection is a bit poor for a 5 stars hotel. It's withing walking distance from Doha City Centre

Enjoyed my short stay at the Hotel on a business trip. Small things that detracted from it, the shower had to be run for at least 5 minutes before it would get hot (room # 2512), buttons missing on some floor's lift calling panels, occasional noisy neighbours in the early hours. On the plus side, pleasent and helpful staff, good restaurants and the location is very convenient for the business district, I would be happy to stay here again.

I have to say that the staff was not the most friendly staff I have come across. They seemed to be not so interested in helping. I had very high expectations from crown plaza but was sadly got very disappointed. Room was very average, nothing extraordinary. Overall, it was a very mediocre experience.

Clean, absolutely beautiful and just 10/10 overall. The food was fantastic and the staff so accommodating and friendly!

The greatest hotel ever my flight was delayed and I was sent to the hotel to rest and it was outstanding it made the delay good and I wish my flight was delayed more so I could stay there longer. From the food to entertainment e very thing gets two big thumbs up from me and my family

Very good hotel. Stayed overnight during my journey to Pakistan. Its best for the family. Good size and well maintained rooms. Swimming pool. Gym. Fantastic dining area with caring staff. I would like to thank Maricruz (Dining floor 6 receptionist) for her wonderful customer service and helpful attitude towards Us.
If you are Pakistani/Indian, then you have to struggle with Chapati like bread. Location is good.

From my welcome from Mr Kamal Hussain and his team upon my arrival till the time of my departure I have only experienced the utmost professionalism and dedication even under the difficult and challenging circumstances caused by the Covid 19 pandemic.

The service and food is exceptional , while in quarantine I was regularly contacted by all levels of personnel asking about my well being.

The rooms are spacious and clean and well maintained.

Mr Hussain and his team are a reflection of this great establishment which will certainly see me returning again , I can with confidence recommend to all my colleagues and friends to visit this establishment and experience the fantastic service

Out dated,location isnt the best but it was a free stay from the Qatar airlines. The rooms are designed nice but the style and the smell and cleanliness and staff and over all quality is out dated

Nice building, superbe rooms with breathtaking views. The restaurants however are largely overpriced for the very arguable quality of the food.

I was there to attend my sister in law wedding....the room service was not good and the ball room was also not good arrangements was not good...what ever I ordered from room the room service is late....

Nothing exciting on the menu. Ambiance was just average plus the service was slow. Though the staff was friendly.

The Sauna/steam is not part of the Hotel which is a downer for a business guest. ALL DAY DINING is very ordinary. Staff is more interested in closing the restaurant even at 9 pm than serving the guests.

Nice hotel in West Bay, spacious rooms, good breakfast.. bit understaffed, if you are in hurry, expect to be without coffee, as it's not easy to order one :) good wine and finger food in lounge...

very poor customer service.checked in to the hotel early in the morning but nobody was there to guide me to the room or explaining the amenities.i had a hard time finding out the lighting system and called a bell boy to explain to me he turned of all the lights in my room and went back collecting all my complimentary snacks and juices without my permission .it might not be complimentary however he should have asked my permission before doing so .a hotel become a good hotel when it treats its customers well my first impression about the hotel was disapponting.

Those who want to experience the luxury of the hotel will definitely be his choice, a luxury hotel with all its facilities, the lobby, the rooms, the breakfast, the sitting areas, everything around you feels great ..

It was a courtesy from Qatar Airways that they accommodate us for a stay here, the rooms are extra comfortable and more than that a peace of mind, love the hospitality, i mean i really didn't feel like we are living in a hotel it felt like a hOme. The lunch experience was extra ordinary delightful with #SanjeevKapoor's signature Indian continental food. Would like to give it a 5 rating. Love Doha. Love Qatar Airways. Provided this hotel as missed our connection flight. While the hotel itself was very nice, found the comment about the worth of woman (instigated by other half) off-putting from the receptionist. Lunch buffet did not cater for vegetarians.

Well,I did go for a personal work.
So I can't comment anything about their service..

Security very well organized and I like the way they welcome guests especially at the lobby.

They stay was very pleasant. Good hospitality and good service. Spacious rooms and nice food. All together it was a wonderful stay.

Fantastic room i got in the 14 days corantine time, clean and the bed sheets and bellows were excellent, food menu was very good with lots of varieties

It is the site near the cultural district (Katara)
It also contains a beautiful swimming pool, spa and gym services are available to residents, and they can enjoy the restaurants available in the hotel, including an Indian restaurant and a Spanish restaurant
And the prices are suitable for everyone and vary according to the different type of room

Good hotel one down fall is the pool area if you like to sun bath then it's not for you. Very small area and limited sun.

It was a wonderful hospitality provided by the hotel staff. Was staying as part of 14 day quarantine stay. Staff ensured that there is no compromise in the quality of food being served. All our requests were addressed.
