The best times hinder. It's better. The spa area is an impertinence. Half is not working. Would Melia not book anymore. The staff is attentive.

The hotel is very good. Exquisite attention.
Spa a bit small but quiet.
Spectacular breakfast and very good service.
The only but, is the restaurant on the ground floor. It depends on the waiter that your attention is different. The service should be standardized (depending on the waiter they put an aperitif or not, for example) one explains what he puts on the table, the other throws it at you as if he were doing you a favor. Very quiet restaurant.

The parties at Melia Sky are cool. in the 24 skies at 8:30 on Saturday they invite the second cocktail.

Great hotel, really nice staff and exceptional views of Barcelona! The location is far from the touristic side of town but the quietness and calmness is unmatched! The area is also constantly improving and will soon become very established.

Excellent contemporary style 4 star hotel floors within a Melia Hotel - superb sea and city views. Upgrade to this 'The Level' includes lounge access - good buffet breakfast and dinner - worth upgrading! Great value for money both for corporate and leisure guests.

Breakfast was on the 24 floor in the restaurant, with a great view over Barcelona.
The only where I deduct a star is that you as a level customer no separate space at the pool gets Bzw ever a place at the pool!
There are also missing umbrellas !!

Nice view, comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, BUT they forgot to pick up my laundry on my second to last day! This is inexcusable for a hotel that is trying to be upscale add they are. Also I very rarely enjoyed the view because the curtains were so difficult to open. The spa and sauna were both set at a temperature too cool to really enjoy and the wellness center closes too early to use on a business trip. But it is in a nice quiet neighborhood and short walk to the Ramblas de Poblenou.

The hotel well: modern facilities, pool etc. But we already knew that in advance. What motivated me to write the review is the good treatment we opted for, both in reception and in other departments, they turned to us. They have won many points to repeat in future visits to Barcelona.

Service very good. Afternoon snack and a good breakfast is a 24 floor good. Similarly, a private lounge and ReSPA work.
But definitely the best service.

An experience hard to forget. At the reception on the 25th floor you already feel like a VIP when they offer you a glass of cava while you check in.

In the bar on the 24th floor the details are taken care of at maximum. The treatment of all the staff is exquisite, friendly and attentive at all times.

The perfect rooms, with all the comforts, clean, silent and always with spectacular views to the whole city, either towards the Tibidavo mountain or towards the coast.

And what about breakfast? a more than complete buffet, with all kinds of hot and cold options, dishes prepared in live showcooking and fruits of all kinds.

In short, a real luxury for the senses ;-)

Top hotel! We were lucky enough to get lodged on the 26th floor, which gave us access to the level lounge (snacks and drinks from morning to night) and the rooftop breakfast room, which will be the Skybar in the evenings !! Great! Great rooms, wonderful location, great views, very attentive service. Here we were not for the last time!

The service at this hotel was superb, the rooms are excellent, the lounges are relaxed and welcoming. On site restaurant a limiting on choice.

Room with a beautiful sea view, well equipped and modern, but what a disappointment in the noise between the rooms! How was an architect like Dominique Perrault able to ignore interior sound insulation? It's just unacceptable to pay a high price to end up with screaming people in the next room! Impossible to sleep! Even a 2 would do better!
The hamman sauna was broken down to finish .... I therefore only put 2/5 because not sleeping well in a hotel because of the interior noise is a shame!

Stayed here for a week and it was absolutely perfect. The Level experience starts on the 25th floor with a private reception that is a part of the lounge at the other side of the room so immediately upon check in, enjoy drinks and snacks. Staff were always extremely nice and would fulfill ANY request I may have had. My family and I do not eat meat so we requested more vegetation options at the lounge and tapas time for dinner and the very next day, specific things we had requested were brought out as well as more vegetarian options. Spa is amazing, used the steam room many times and lastly, I requested a higher floor as it was my wife and I s wedding anniversary and they were fulfilling in giving us a room on the highest floor (29) with roses and a bottle of champagne on the bed. RECOMMEND!!!

An excellent service The best, the design, the quality of the rooms, the services included, and above all customer service.
Worst. The city views are not very aesthetic and its location is not central.

Excellent stay. We spent two nights with kids on the jr suite... all great. Friendly and helpful service. We were very curious and they showed us the place around. Don't leave without spending some time in the swimming pool and eating something at the top restaurant!

Incredible experience in this hotel.
The best points :
- One of the best breakfast buffet I have ever had ! It is of good quality with a huge selection of food : eggs & pancakes station, huge choice of fruits, tortilla, juices, gluten free section, homemade cakes, macarons, various cheeses of good quality...
However - The coffee was not exceptional..
You have possibility to seat in a room with view on the beach or view on the city which is very nice !
- close from the metro (6 minutes walking) - close to the beach (18 min walking)
However it is a little bit far from city center.
- As I was staying in the 5 star levels I was allowed to access the buffet of the lounge in the 25th floor every afternoon. It had good selection of food and coffee.
However be careful I asked tapas without meat and they told me it was with mushroom... which was actually beef
- room were very well cleaned
- view from the room was amazing !
- you have access to a gym opened 24/7. Not a big one but it was always empty so perfect for me !

Concerning the negative points :
- I was hearing everything happening outside the room : The neighbor opening his doors and speaking.
Fortunately they were not very noisy !
- the bathroom is not closed - and there is a window in the bathroom so you can see what s happening from the room.
I was with my niece, so you can understand that is not ideal configuration. I was surprised to discover that there was no way to hide this window.
They had to call the housekeeping who had to find a way to hide it.
Not the first time I see this kind of windows in 5 stars hotel and usually you have possibility to close it or to dark the window.
- the corridor 15th floor doesn t smell good ...
- no USB port in the room - could be nice to have as it is a 5star

Everything about the stay was perfect. Staff are very attentive. Beautiful rooms with everything you could need. Lovely open spaces on top floor great for relaxing. Excellent breakfast with panoramic views over the city.

Disappointment. packed tourist hotel. We could not use the outdoor pool which is part of the facilities of the hotel because they were doing a private party with DJ and was fully occupied. The only positive is the attention of the staff is very friendly but the policy of the hotel would have to improve a lot to deserve 5 stars.

Because the rooms are very small and if you are a couple, privacy is nothing.

This is the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. 400 Euro for the hotel room - we were not able to use the pool with our daughter because there was a pool party in the afternoon all weekend and only drunk people were there. The concierge wanted to apologize and invited us to the Mercado restaurant. It was the worst food that we ever had. My daughter even denied her pizza Margerita. One of the restaurants (the good one, Michelin star ) is closed, don t expect anything. Don t book this hotel!!

A very good hotel, stunning views, nice rooms. From 6 pm to 7.30 pm at 24th floor a lot of tapas, for free. And at the 25 th floor till 11 pm snacks and drinks.

We went to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, we got to know the hotel because we gave the wedding night to some friends and they found it excellent and we decided to celebrate our anniversary here. We were surprised by the way they received us, since we did not know that we would check in on the "The level" floor where we were treated phenomenally. Yolanda was accompanied by a very nice girl who told us about all the hotel services and made herself available to us through if we needed something or if we had a problem.
The views from both the "The level" floor and the room that was on the 22nd floor were spectacular, we had the two perspectives of Barcelona, views of the city and views of the sea, somewhat distant but equally impressive.
The spectacular room, modern, clean and most importantly very comfortable. Great design idea that you can see the sea views from the bathroom mirror, you do not miss the views at any time.
I was able to take several photos of the city without problems. The room had a sound bar with usb connection and we were able to place our music and be comfortable in the room. My wife had asked for a pack with rose petals and the hotel gave us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary.
The SPA was not in accordance with the rest of the hotel services, the Jacuzzi did not work and when we consulted it we did not have a solution at the time, the plates on the floor of the thermal shower are not very attached and move ... they can be dangerous. I think that maintenance and a tune-up could be done so that it does not conflict with the rest of the hotel. On Saturday night there was a DJ at the reception with Lounge music which invited to have a cocktail and stay a while, excellent music and a very professional DJ. The decoration is spectacular. The lounge services of the hotel "The level" varied, the comfortable armchairs and sofas and a good variety of liquors. The truth is a different experience, a thank you to the entire hotel team.

Stayed at Level Sky, a grand premium room you can enjoy the snack bar services for free on the 25th floor (which is where you can do express check-in while staying at the Level)
This Valentine's weekend the service was not what was expected ... there were a lot of people and I think there has been a lack of organization with the staff. The cleaning service in the
Room twice a day for being on the level there was simply no ... we requested a cervical pillow and none was left in the room, then we called the reception and after half an hour they told us that they had not left because they could not find none...
We went to the SPA at 7pm and at the reception without asking us he said "complet" I did not think it was anything professional since he did not ask us about our room and neither did he ask if we have a reservation or anything like that ... after putting on a funny face and showing him our Dissatisfied, he went in to see the capacity of the SPA and suddenly he told us that we could enter ... after a minute another couple came in behind us and he didn't even say hello ... desire to work ...
In short, the quality of the hotel is very good, well-kept areas but the service can be greatly improved or at least when it comes to a weekend like this they should be better organized ...

Excellence is the slogan. Cordiality attended good predisposition of the staff. Very good breakfast and a floor from 7 to 22 hs if you want a soda or snack are waiting for you.

Perfect, snacks and snacks at the finest of the best in 5 * hotels

An ideal location for anyone, but especially those traveling with children. The rooms are big, hotel is lively but silent in your room and the Level floor is ideal for all day food/drinks. The staff is exceptional and location is walkable to one of our new favorite streets and a short taxi ride to all the main attractions. If you are ok staying outside of the hustle, then this is the best hotel!

Beautiful hotel about 15 minutes walk from the Beach. High rise building with beautiful view of the city.

The service was perfect and everyone there was very nice. The buffet in the morning was delicious and had various choices.

The pool on top was nice but did not let place to a city view. It was a bit in the shade due to high wall structure.

I had reserved a king size bed but when I got to my room I noticed they put 2 small beds together. Not sure if that s a European thing but it wasn t up to my standards. The bed was also rock hard but thank god for those late nights out drinking, I slept like a baby ;)

Overall convenient hotel. I would recommend for short stay.

Excellent views to the city and buffet breakfast.
Customer service as good as expected, exquisit treatment.
Suite was spectacular and cozy at same time, with Nespresso cups totally for free.
I don't give it 5 stars since the spa wasn't what I imagined, poor in water services and some of them in maintenance (if you're looking this hotel because of the spa, there's another places which are way better, indeed), but everything else was excellent. We spent 2 days here and quality was worth it.

Very nice and cozy hotel. Breakfast selection is amazing and there are always snacks. The staff is really friendly. Unfortunately you can forget the spa area as it is just too cold both the water and the sauna and the steam room.

Fantastic hotel. I can really recommend this to everyone visiting Barcelona. The check in view is obviously fantastic and the views from all of the rooms leave little to complain about. They offer free snacks all day so the occasional hunger will not go unattended to and there's always complementary champagne available at the private lobby on the upper floor. The rooms were well attended to and nicely decorated and the staff attends to every, even rather odd request you may give them. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to wish for and the view from the breakfast room is obviously no worse than anywhere else in the level.

Fabulous hotel and The Level upgrade is worth it!! The complementary snacks and drinks are great and you can help yourself all day long. Our room was 2101 which had stunning views over the city and sea, large bathroom and king size bed. The only downside is the location as it s about 30min wall from Sagrada Familia and most other attractions. However, I would stay here again. Thanks.

It s one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in , rooms at level are very small , bathroom is so small , housekeeping is really bad , rooms are dusty and smelly , the hotel crying out loud for renovations, TV has 6-7 channels only , a big waste of money , you book a sea view with extra money then they give you city view , the only good thing is the location

It was the second time we visited. And luck we returned because it took away the bad taste of the first one. So I'll stay with the second and most recent where they have treated us great. Too bad that "a customer has broken the doors of the sauna and the Turkish bath" I guess it would be a very clumsy customer to break the two. And I guess it was that same morning.
