If they actually had a/c or ventilation in the gue...

If they actually had a/c or ventilation in the guest rooms I would have enjoyed the experience more, but it was nonexistent; even after a tech came to the room to fix it. Aside from that it s a clean and convenient hotel.

We have chosen this hotel to celebrate the 50th anniversary of my partner and we have made the most of it, the facilities are spectacular, the room is huge with everything we could need but the best, without a doubt, is the staff, both reception and attention the breakfast buffet, had not seen people so kind and motivated to enjoy the guests during their stay, no doubt, to repeat again.

Coming from Lyon from 8 to 12 January 18 for my work for university so more than 350 people. Beautiful hotel, large room with a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and terrace overlooking a beautiful sea and mountain.personnel friendly, smiling. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. 5 minutes from the sea and the village of sitges is super beautiful. A good memory and I would return with pleasure.

I have been able to enjoy a festival in his theater. Spectacular space !. I did not imagine such a large space with such benefits in this area. Incredible and nothing to envy other cities more recognized.

Located about 15 minutes walking from the center and next to the port. The room is spacious and with some antique furniture except the closet that inside was left to clean long ago. The carpeted floor is surprising (something obsolete nowadays). The breakfast is the best. Very complete. To take into account the extra expenses such as drinks at the bar or drinks at the restaurant, parking, etc., because they have unreasonably high prices. Friendly staff This hotel must have been a good 4 * hotel but nowadays it is not anymore.

What a biggest disappointment ...

What a biggest disappointment ...
We arrived on Saturday the 13th and the truth was that everything looked good, the room was very good, the staff ... But of course we must remember that there are restrictions and a curfew, and the restrictions for hotels are until 10pm, which they do not comply with here. PHOTOS ARE ATTACHED TO SEE THE REALITY !!!
Well, we go down to dinner at 8:30 p.m. IN TRACKSUITS and we are asked to wait because the dining room is full ... Well, perfect, we wait ... And right behind us a very arranged couple and they are offered to sit at the tables outside to have dinner ... Well, we don't say anything until at 9:00 p.m. another couple comes back and they are offered to sit outside (ivan very well-groomed tmbn). I go to the waiter to claim that I've been waiting for half an hour and his answer is ... "IT'S THAT YOU TOLD ME YOU WANT TO HAVE DINNER INSIDE" I tell him that's a lie that we just wanted to have dinner and he tells me to sit down ... some manners and with a contempt that made us feel inferior ... We sat down at 9:00 p.m. and they took little time to take our orders but half an hour to serve the first ones to SHARE, they put little plates on all the tables and not us, why? (Would it be because of the tracksuit, to claim a decent service?) Well, they bring us those AWESOME FIRST patatas bravas (they were homemade) and Iberian croquettes (frozen). The seconds arrived at 9:54 p.m. (remember that at 10 p.m. you have to close) two seconds of STARRY EGGS WITH IBERIAN HAM CHIPS (raw egg, with shell and little Iberian ham to say nothing). I had to get up to claim that the egg was raw they brought it to me again and it was 10:20 pm that we paid ... When they closed at 10:00 pm ... All these claims were made to the girl at the reception who by the way MAJISIMA And A CHARM and she apologized for the attitude of the waiters and it must also be said that she had to put herself to clear tables and serve tables because it was 10:30 p.m. and people continued with the seconds ... We are an absolute shame! !
And today's breakfast ... There is little to add there is a chef who does it for you at the moment, yes, but the bacon is already done and they put it back on the grill to heat it and it tastes burned ... do not come back....
I leave you some photos so that you can see the entire course of the dinner! And including the ticket that has no waste, 44.90 for frozen croquettes, sachet ham and raw egg with shell and also the treatment of contempt that we were given.
