Good interiors.. Spacious room. Just spent couple of hours there for a get together.
Admin is super strict with visitors. Good In a way!

Very neatly built rooms with budget pricing. The breakfast has good menu and the dining hall is neat. There is scope for improvement in terms of room service. Highly recommended if you plan to stay near to Nungambakkam or Greams road.

Good service. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are well maintained. It was a nice stay except for the lack of variety in the breakfast menu.

Is this a PG converted to Townhouse because this does not look anywhere close to other Townhouses. The property has very limited space even in washrooms. Not worth the tariff and townhouse Branding.

The room was quite clean and spacious. Food quality is pretty good although the speed of service needs improvement. I found the hotel staff quite humble and supportive. I noticed that this property is most frequently used by the local couples.

Location is fine, but surrounding may feel bit odd.. But nice property with clean and neat facilities... Staffs also are very cooperative..

Clean and hygienic hotel , excellent friendly staffs , very near to US Consulate , all amenities are good . Safe for family and senior citizens too . Thanks to Riaz and his team . Keep up the good work

Stayed here for almost a month due to the lockdown. Service was decent, Room were clean and well maintained. They don't have kitchen but they do have a dinning hall. Staffs were good except for 1 or 2.

Breakfast wasn't good. Suffaction in . Washroom not that great. Not much of aminities

They charging for strains... thats not the matter.. but this is first time am hearin like this.. if that s the rule you have to inform me wen i checkin itself.. they wre bargainin like begger

It is a premium category from OYO and is situated 200 mts from Taj Coromondel. It is a cozy stay. The ambience as well as the facilities are great. They have a good restaurant. The customer service is good. I strongly recommend it.

A good place with positive vibes bought through the contemporary Decors and Upscale furnishings by Oyo Townhouse Team. Same like Evey Town House. Here reception and checkin bit of smooth., again same problem no concierge or any kind of luggage help., Lift is on 1st floor, from gorun parking u need to climb th stairs.., Brwakgats had good options., but taste is worse., Staff and room service no need to talk., Seems 90% of guests are HAPPY couples., staying mostly for couple of hours and night standby., so not crowded., only for Unmarred couples

No lift access from car parking need to use staircase. No TV, STAFFS ARE NOT FRIENDLY WHEN WE CHECK INN AT LATE NIGHT. FIND OUT THE PLACE IS VERY DIFFICULT

That one star that I took is for complementary breakfast that could be better... Otherwise room is clean and good

Budget a/c hotel with all amenities. Well planned room & bathroom arrangements. Quality breakfast free with room. Can be booked online with OYO app. Glad to recommend.

Overly priced oyo hotel for the facilities provided. Has very friendly staffs. Good place to stay for a night.

everything was perfect from check in to check out.very neat and spacious rooms.has all amenities.free wifi etc.especially the receptionist girl was too kind.she is very helpfull.the area was look old but the hotel was amazing like 4 star hotels.thanks oyo.

For the price that people pay the service and stay is abysmal. Townhouse are suppose to be the crown jewel of oyo but it certainly doesn't seem so if you visit one. They don't provide you with towel beforehand we've to call the room service to provide you with one, and they would only give one towel for a booking of two. How can two persons use the same towel? And the shower wasn't working properly, it was overflowing from one end. And the sad thing is oyo doesn't give a damn, cos they know they are the largest hotel accommodaters in india. Hope they change things around and provide good service.

The rooms were good and clean, the washroom in the room we were given was small, but good. The problem however was the design of property. The lift wouldn't come to the ground floor. The ground floor is just the parking lot and we need to go to the first floor where the reception is. My mother can't climb stairs and that was the reason we opted for a hotel stay in the first place. The staff however were pretty helpful and tried their best to make it happen.

Please relook at the design or at the least make this clearly visible when someone makes the booking.

Go with candle and Pain killers. After paying 3 thousand rupai you'll be asked to climb the stairs . No lift & Reception staff romba attitude irku.

Good hotel with value for money. Staff is cooperative. Restraunt doesnt have many options for vegetarians.

This OYO property is not worth paying INR 2000+ for stay not even 1500. Rooms are good , just renovated . But service is pathetic. They bluntly denied me dental kit and I had to scout for shop nearby early morning. Doesnt have Laundry facility. Lift is out of service. Reception doesn't respond.TV remote not working. Had bad experience. They will charge you for water bottle , which I suppose is complementary. Breakfast is OK.

Bathroom was not clean. And water in shower was also not clean probably because of shortage of water in Chennai.

Oyo prefer 12 pm to 11 am schedule instead of 24 hrs check in check out. These scheme is not pocket friendly. Not helpful for handicapped. Lift available in ground floor but not operating. It operates from 1st floor onwards only.

They missed out on the last star because of a few things that they will improve, as this is a new establishment.

The rooms were neat (even though the handle to 205 was almost off), staff courteous, food decent and overall a relaxed stay.

One of the best hotels in the city. Nice ambiance and service. Parking facility is available. Complimentary breakfast provided for all customers. Rooms are clean and neat. Overall experience was awesome.

Perfect rooms with nice breakfast and also the staffs are very good.

Three of us decided to book a room at this oyo townhouse. The app says they are couple friendly / no restrictions and what not. We arrive there at 11 PM to catch a good sleep. The receptionist says he isn't allowed to accommodate our pattern of room occupancy (i.e. 2 guys and a girl).

First I should thank staff of this Oyo town house for providing a such a wonderful stay,they are very cooperative and friendly.The rooms are large enough and washrooms are very tidy I think its best hotel stay till now better rooms than a five star hotel.By the way they provide Amazon fire stick with good internet speed.

I would like to warn potential travellers from considering this hotel.
While the reviews in most sites like MMT etc are good, the reality is a bit different. The approach and the locality is sub-par and difficult to reach, not clean as well.
There is no restaurant despite what is mentioned as amenities - they only serve fixed courses. Room has bare minimum facilities.
Staff is not polite at all and even the receptionist does not speak English either. Had lots of difficulties communicating.

The only positive was rooms being big and decently priced. But considering the compromises you'd have to make for the price, it's really not worth it.

Very bad experience, the cleaning guys make hell of a noise and cleaning activity is done even after 12 midnight disturbing the customers, complaints fall on deaf ears. Breakfast is copy paste every day.......rooms are in good condition......

No restaurant, breakfast serving starts 8:45 am, a bit disappointing.

Nice stay, but they are bugging for money in every chances...

Like we wanted to add one more person in one of our rooms, they charged extra Rs.1400/- for it..

And we ordered for breakfast, they have charged for it, normally it will be come as complimentary breakfast...

Rest room cleanliness can be improved...

The room's are cosy, species, clean. Hotel staff is cooperative. Serves nice food.

Receptionist who comes and assist 2 ladies is rude and he acts as if he is the owner.

Modern and classy stay within budget with all nearby connectivity

I was pretty much satisfied with the service. The room was clean and good. The receptionist was polite too. The only thing bothered me is that they took some time, almost thirty minutes, to allot me the room.

Full marks to this beautifully maintained New Oyo property. The property is little bit away from the main road... but evrything else is good about it. Good courteous staff ..ambient rooms
