Forrest was very responsive and helpful in working with us to plan heating and cooling for our outdoor living space. He had great ideas and provided recommendations that fit our budget, and he worked closely with our general contractor to ensure everything was installed properly. He and his team went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase. I highly recommend hiring Forrest for your outdoor cooling and heating needs!

IF YOU HAVE A RESTAURANT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They will take your machine and hold it hostage until you renew your contract. By the time I got my system last year, Summer was halfway over. Again this year, someone came out to winterize the system and disconnected it after I told them i didn't want them touching it. Now it is Summer again and when I called FORREST WOODS back to put it back together, he refused because i didn't pay for another year and hung up on me. Steer clear of this company and their scam.

This company has always gone above and beyond with my cooling system. Including when the builders sub contractor messed things up with the plumbing to the system....JestStream handled the repairs without question or charge to me.

the JetStream system has extended the time we get to enjoy our outdoor living area. The customer service is easy and hassle free. I would (and have) highly recommend the system.
