Was with MediaScouter for a few years. This spring found out they were shutting down. Paid $408 2/12/15 for a year's subscription. Was told numerous times that refund check was going to be sent out in next batch. As of September 2015, no check and no longer any emails. When you call number you get a recording of "not available at this time, try again later". I have tried many times to call, but only get the recording. Very disappointed in the honesty of this company.
